Nationwide manhunt for illegal alien accused of raping 4-year-old girl

genthumb(15).jpg

Aurora, CO police have released a new picture of Honduran national Daniel Hernandez-Ramos, 20, and are asking the public for help in apprehending the accused child rapist.

On Sunday, Aug. 9 around 9:30 p.m., the little girl was taken from the parking lot outside the Wentworth Apartments. Officers said the girl was outside retrieving something from the family car, when Ramos grabbed her and assaulted her.

When the girl did not return right away, her mother began searching for her. She found her in another area of the complex, and discovered that her daughter had been sexually assaulted.

Aurora Police Detective Bob Friel said: "He took advantage of the fact that, here's a 4-year-old, defenseless, little girl on her own in a parking lot and it sickens us to see this kind of thing happen.”.

Ramos had been staying with friends in the same apartment complex, and left immediately following the assault, leaving many of his possessions behind.

Because he is in this country illegally and has no permanent address or valid employment records, police are having a difficult time locating him.

Hernandez-Ramos is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 150 pounds. He has a tattoo on his arm, a heart with flames, with the name "Daniel" on or next to the heart.

Because of the heinous nature of this crime, and his illegal status, police are worried about the danger he poses to the public.

Det. Friel said: "There's always the possibility that if he is on the loose, that he would commit this crime again. And that is the reason that it's so important that we catch up to him as quickly as possible.”

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Daniel Hernandez-Ramos, is asked to call Aurora Police at 303-627-3100, or if you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867).

Aurora, CO has come under harsh criticism for the city’s ‘sanctuary policy’ for illegal aliens, which has led to several serious crimes in that city as of late.

On July 14, Walter Oleksinski, 62, was killed in Aurora by two illegal aliens who were drag racing one another. Both Benny Sitinjak, 34, and Jose Hernandez-Castellanos, 28, were charged with Class 3 vehicular homicide.

The two ran a red light, then smashed into the Chevy Camaro being driven by Oleksinski.

With his first arrest in 2003, Castellanos had actually been arrested by Aurora police seven times for offenses including disorderly conduct, failure to appear in court, and assault. He had also been arrested five time in Denver (another city with a sanctuary policy), including an arrest for DUI in September 2008.

Due to the fact that neither city allows their police departments to inquire into an arrestee’s immigration status, nor to report illegal aliens to Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, Castellanos continued offending, and has now killed an innocent man.

I am just waiting for the well Americans do it too excuse. Pandering to illegals and then using the your just racist and against brown people excuse is the biggest joke of the century.

This is why civilized countries, including the US, have proper immigration channels. This is why every developed country screens new immigrants and is extremely strict and proactive against catching those there illegally.

A friend of mine is a Magistrate for the county and just the other day we were talking and I asked him what demographic of people arrested the most are and he said at least 3/4 of those arrests are hispanic; with about 30% being illegal. He said that unless they commit a felony, they cannot hold them for immigration offenses and have to be released. He said he has seen the same individuals who status is considered illegal brought in for a range of offenses a good 3 to 5 times. However, since it's not a felony they are released and must simply pay a fine. What a bloody joke. It's a disgrace.

The Australian or various European authorities couldn't care if you were arrested for jaywalking, the second they find out you are illegal, you are deported and given a stern warning that if you return and break federal immigration laws again, you will be sent to a federal prison. Furthermore, permanently banned from ever migrating here legally.

Anyway, on this matter the majority of country gets it while the rest do not. They will come here and be like poor kid and that is that. Maybe even cut down those that are appalled with a why are you against brown people excuse.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

My thoughts exactly Len. I'm pretty open when it comes to illegals and all usually, but if you get arrested then they should check into you. If you are a criminal and you break the law then you are just asking to be deported.

I agree. But, I still find it hard personally to accept their inquiries though for small offenses.

Well, this guy isn't a small offense. Not him.

That guy has fled the country. While people from civilized countries have to wait their turn and go through a vigorous immigration and screening processes, low loves like this get to come and leave as they see fit. To some that is just being compassionate. You know what, #### you and #### your misguided idiotic and moronic compassion argument.

I am still waiting for someone to tell me what Visa all of these Hispanics that are doing various jobs in the area came into the country on. That is, considering I cannot stereotype and accuse them of being illegal. No problem, but someone should be able to tell me the Visa they used to enter the country as I am yet to find a unskilled visa class; let alone one you can obtain without a job lined up prior to entering.

Well I assume that most of them didn't come over on marriage visas...but you say you haven't yet found an unskilled visa or a visa that doesn't require you have a job?

How about all of the marriage visas we are all applying for?

I agree, but I couldn't figure out a way to get that in my post eloquently. What where do you draw the line?? Someone mentioned that it is drawn at Federal offenses? If that the right place? If not, where should it be? When do you check their visas and when do you not?

BY, why the ** would anyone have to tell you what visa they are on? Seriously, get a grip.

What this motherfvcker did is sick, tremendously so; and I would never condone that #######. NEVER. Could we please focus on the fact that a 4 year old girl has been forever tainted by a sick #######? Or is a soapbox moment on illegal immigration worth more than that child's dignity?

You're missing my point. There are a good 15,000,000+ illegal aliens in the US. Yet whenever I try to bring light to this or say in my area the majority of labor is carried out by hispanic looking folk, I am hatted on for apparently stereotyping an being racist. That how do I know they are illegal. Short of asking them personally, if they are not illegal, what visa would they have used to enter here legally? as they cannot all have entered on marriage visa's.

Since we all know there is no such visa and numerous South American countries simply don't qualify for the visa lottery, that means that they must be illegally or have entered during the last amnesty. I can rule the latter out considering I speak to people in charge of school districts and they mention the huge sudden influx over the last decade of ESOL Hispanic kids.

I mean you have a case where school districts and states around the country are cutting resources for students and even teachers, yet not one person has mentioned the hundreds of millions going to educate the kids of illegal aliens; let alone anchor babies. Regardless of race or color, that is an absolute joke considering American kids and schools are going without yet kids who are here illegally are receiving a fee lunch; literally in many cases. Considering I pay a hell of a lot of tax to this country, over $50K worth, that is not acceptable. Certainly not when poor kids are missing out. I don't want to punish the kids of illegal aliens and they should be educated; however, their parents should pay for it out of their pockets.
