I seriously need to be thankful for other things that God has blessed me with. The past month has been hell:I was out on disability then receievedthe 1st check and get robbed of my wallet the same night! I felt even more down when I didn't recieve me NOA2 but 1. The culprit briught my wallet back! 2. He stupidly deposited my disability check into an account! and 3. What do you know, I saw him inches away from me at a car rental place and was able to get the FULL license plate number oh and 4. I passed my graduate writing exam so I can graduate now with a certificate and associatedd in human services! So happy!!

I believe I'll get my NOA2 when I least expect it. In some ways, the delay is in my favor since I;m strapped for cash due to the recent happenings AND I'm going to see him for the hollidays! $$$$$$$

So all in all, I might not have gotten everything I wanted but I am thankful for ALL the other good things God has blessed me with.

Evevryone, have a wonderful Thanksgiving, stuff your tummies, sleep and wake up 4am to go catch those sales!

kjenkins86...time is on our side...I am learning to be patient because there is so many things I can't influence like NOA2. I am prepare to change my life completely, to left my country, my friends...everything and I am waiting for the sunlight from the God.

When you are in love you have to handle with so many things and the fact that we are on the different continents make all this journey harder.

But it is what we want, what we wish and dream about, so I will give 100% of me to get it. I know what is my reward at the end of all of this...life with my love.

Naples, Italy allows it but not all consulates do..

HI EVERYONE!

Just got to Hong Kong about an hour go.. got to the hotel called Fuat, and then came right to VJ to see if there was any good news from yesterday. I am on the other side of the world and this site is still first priority (OK.. second next to calling Fuat

I'm exhausted after the 24 hours of traveling..two flights with longest flight being 15 hours UGH! Sure makes my flights to Istanbul seem like a short trip down the road.

Most of you are still sleeping... but when you wake I hope you have a great Thanksgiving! I'm off to bed soon (it's 8:00pm here) and need to sleep a little before I get out of bed at 3:00am to get on the web cam with Fuat. I am crazy... and when he finds out what time it is for me he's going to be upset.. but he's worth it

I don't know what to say...maybe to try to find someone who knows more about that. I hope you will find a solution.

I didn't need one, but my family would have done it if I had needed it. There is no family member on the US side that can help? What about a friend? I don't think they have to be a relative?!?!?

On a good note.. UPS now shows that our packet was delivered to the consulate on 11/19.. DOS and the Consulate still reporting it has not been entered into the system, so it's been sitting in a mail room ( or something) for the last 7 days.. and will continue to sit until at least Tuesday when the consulate opens again.

But maybe we will know an interview date by the end of next week!
