Actually I called for days to get a message that said they didn't have our case.. after maybe a week I spoke to a person and they said it was in and out on 11/10.. it only shows active while it is in house. And for the record when you call NVC.. you can hit 1 5 x then put in your case number w/o the EAC to check.. but you would have learned that quickly. After a few days call and speak to a real person to find out if it doesn't show active. My case was already in Italy by the time I found out about it's status at NVC.

Congratulations paciencia y Fe on on your NOA2! It was about time you'd get rewarded for all the statiscal work you've done for all of us. It's really great to know that another September filer is approved.

kjenkins86, don't worry about it. Keep it up. Yours is coming, too. No one could have worst luck with USCIS than myself. I havent' heard anything from VSC either. The only thing that keeps me going is that I am going to see my girl on December 4. I just hope to be approved by then, but if not, we have to continue to wait. What else could we do? Thanks for the pickedr-upper Dviera. I myself is going to see my love in december, for christmas and new year's so I guess I shouldn't be that down. Hopefully we'll have something to celebrate about by then.

Never! I called and eventually spoke to a person that told me that it was in and out on the 10th and it only showed active while there, and that I had missed it!.. Well DOH! that explains why. Gotta love the info from the Customer service in this process!

Didnt ask anythng about my past marriage. SHe seen my divorce decree and the CENOMar (certfcate of no Marrage) . and all she just said was. Welcome to America Again.

all in all , less than3 minutes interview.

I talked to the NVC today and they told me our packet has been sent to Guatemala. Happy Friday to me! the only thing is, I got so excited that I forgot to ask when?!

God is not sleeping! I just received a letter from disability w/ the info on the bank account my (stolen) disability check was deposited into!!! So now I'll know who & how I got robbed!

I was soooo down yesterday but today I'm up again. Yay!
