I called the Visa Center, my packet 3 was sent out to me this week...but no interview date...another nice polite lady on the phone - I'm very grateful.

Okay so the one I found that was delivered on the 12th CAN`T be mine. It weighs 14 POUNDS!!! GOO!

Maybe they did a bulk shipment? Really hope so cause otherwise those people are gonna make the CO really, really unhappy on interview day, lol.

I found only 2 others, one 14lbs (not yours) and one 2.0 lbs but shipped on the 12th I think?

The last I read, your lawyer had told you that your son and his girlfriend could have to wait MONTHS! I know February is a long way off, but I am so glad to they have an interview date now!!!

Hi Jenn, yeap we got the interview date. My son called DOS and they gave him the interview date, and they said his fiancee's package was sent out on the 3rd Yeah!! I think the lawyer is estimating AP after the interview which is from what I've read more likely to happen than not. Oh well, one step at a time right.

Finally got news from the consulate. They sent Alice the packet 4 last week. I still have no clue when the interview is, because they did not add that to the email. So I am still in limbo in regard to that, but at least is exciting that we have news coming very soon!!
