Woo hoo! We just got our text too.It's 5 am and it's too early for me to be up too, but it's a great way to start the day!!! Approved yesterday. Now it's just going to be up to Guatemala, and unfortunately, nothing there moves very quickly except for the public transit system.

YEAHHHHHH to both of you!! I got my cup of coffee, started up the computer, had a look at the main forums and read a post from someone on there, but didn't look at the name.. then I realized they said they had filed in September..so I went back to their post, but they are not someone I have seen in here... sooo.. I went to Igor's list and when I saw who they were.. then saw DAnne there and THEN saw Gaynto's name there too I was jumping up and down!!!

OK.. I have a few more people on my watch list.. but Paciencia y Fe, AlexBarrow and Kjenkins86 just HAVE to be next!!!!!

On the 9th of November, .Me and my son will fly to Manila for almost 2 hours and will do the medical this week. and Interview next week. I think im more scared to do the medical exam coz of the vaccination compared to doing the Interview.. My greatest fear by the way are Needles,. lol

I feel happy and excited today that looks like we are finally going to have more good news today!!!

I sent an email to the consulate yesterday, and they said they still have not received my materials. This is really weird since NVC supposedly sent about a week and a half ago. I guess I better check the DHL site again.

I've only been on this site since September, but I have read a lot of the other threads for particular months, and I have to agree that the people in this group really are outstanding when it comes to giving support and communicating with each other. Makes me very, very glad to be a September filer!

Ha.. my greatest fear is needles too.. and spiders.. and if I were ever in a doctor's office, and saw a spider while they were giving me a shot, I think that would be the end of me

yes, my honey proposed and gave me a ring...last new year's. though i have to admit i was not the best recipient - i sort of freaked out and was like, "what are you doing???" whoops. but my divorce took forever and it still wasn't final at that point so i felt uncomfortable. but the bottom line was that i knew i wanted to spend the rest of my life with jose luis. through all the good and all the bad, until i keel over and die. so there you go. now every trip i see him he asks me again, and of course i always say yes. sometimes i ask him too.
