Hope that people in VSC thinking of all of us...

We're in the process of shutting down our park for the winter...We had a huge Halloween event with lots of body parts, etc. decorating the place.. I've asked the employees to collect all the fingers and toes they can find and give them to me, so that I can ship them off to VSC. I even have a few severed heads to throw in for extra bribes!!

The date on the Hard Copy will show you when the NOA1 was actually issued. That is your actual NOA1 date, not the day you got the hard copy.

It's listed on the section of the form titled NOTICE DATE. You may want to change the NOA1 date in your timeline, so that it will adjust the predictions for NOA2 for everyone else.

I just want to drop in and say "Hi"! My NOA1 date is 10/7 and I am still waiting for my NOV2. Given the timelines I saw here, this week may be my, or our, lucky week.

Me too! Another one on my watch list went to RFE.. are they working on everyone's with the same NOA1 date but mine?

i don't know what's up...VSC seems to be slowing down and that's flipping me out a bit...there's been barely any movement on the remaining ones for 9/24 in days...i hope we're not all stuck somewhere collecting dust...though i don't know how anyone would be able to misplace mine...it's so huge!!

I don't know what's up.. I have been going through the numbers I know (I don't know them all for my date) and there are lots of RFEs for the 29th, a couple approved..

I freaked myself out today. I called to check status instead of the website, I knew it would say the same as the website, but all logic is slowly leaving me.. When I entered the number it said "On November 2nd we approved you application I129...(OMG!!! OMG!!!!) Petition for Non Immigrant Worker!" DAD GUMMIT I typed the number in wrong..

Called USCIS and they said they could only see my approval date and not my mail out date to NVC. But she agreed that it seemed like a really long time for it to be in transit, but had to give me the standard 30 days thing.

I called DOS again and the woman I talked to was so nice.. but she said that the system still shows that my file was sent DHL on 10/27 and has not reached the Consulate yet.

So.. I told her that DHL is showing every file to the consulate, mailed between 10/27 and 11/2, has been received.. and that someone I knew in Turkey checked and said it was there.. but that she is still showing it has not arrived. I also told her that NONE of the packages listed on DHL weighed the same amount my packet did and that I was worried maybe it hadn't actually shipped.. or somethign was wrong.

She told me that if DHL was showing all those packages delivered that it probably was already there and the system just wasn't showing it.. and that happens sometimes. She said not to worry and to keep calling every day until I get the answer I want. I assured her I was going to call every day, and then I was thinking maybe I will have Kayla call too

I'm SHOCKED that there aren't any NOA2's for this week yet....

As if my week can get any worse, I was robbed of my wallet lastnight, I lost $400 in cash and $300 in disability check!!

I swear, not even a NOA2 would make me feel better right now. I lost everything!

It's a good thing I recently received did my citizenship, so I had that and my passport to use as ID @ motor vehicles.

OH NO!!! I am so sorry! What a horrible week for you! I hope that they get the jerk that took it..
