Thanks Kjenkins86. We're supposed to have the NOv. 9 interview but didnt do my medical yet., so we move it to the 19th... Everything is just really unexpected, Originally, we were expecting for january approval, then probably March 2010 interview., and now,. it all happens in 2 months, from Noa1 to Interview.

I am really trying to be positive as much as i can, but my situation is very complicated. Almost everyone said that we'll not gonna make it.

For everyone., i still wish you all Goodluck.... hoping for the NOA2 for the rest of the september filers..

Wow, that is fast! We're still waiting for packet # 3 and the Consulate quotes 3-4 months waiting time for the interview, though recent VJ people have only waited 2.. so hoping to get packet # 3 soon and have a January interview.

My heart sank when I read that people are telling you that you won't make it. Really??? Is it that complicated? I am sure everyone here will be keeping you in their thoughts, prayers, meditations ( whatever it is that each of us does in our spiritual minds).

I'm marking the date on my calendar and will be watching for your news!!!!

Yeah stay positive, and just go to the interview as ready as possible. One guy in Brazil got rejected because he was not prepared enough, and started talking away about his relationship, in the end the Consular Officer said that he did not believe the relationship was legitmate. Now he is trying to salvage the situation, but it will likely go back to the US.

If VSC doesn't stop taking those coffee breaks they're going to have one nasty kidney infection. I'm just saying. This can all be prevented with a few little approvals.

nydvo don't worry about what people are telling you. If you go in there with the mindset that it's not going to work then it wont. Be positive, even if the outlook is grim. You never know what the power of hope can do!

Keep calling everyday.. five times a day if you want too :).. Yes, they quote 2-4 weeks, but most peolpe get there within the week. Mine was 4 days from approval to reaching NVC.

If you get the same woman again, and she is grumpy, let me know and she will not only have grumpy you.. she'll have grumpy me too :) I would be happy to call for you!
