Hey Ney,

How is your son doing? I was worried after the deal with the lawyer, I hope he got a little more encouraged!!!

Thank you for asking! After alot of time on Skype they managed to cheer each other up. I told them both just live it one day at a time and keep a positive attitude. We are all still hoping for her to come in the spring.

I'm just letting Mathew fill out Packet 3 since it'll come to him. It's time he did something anyway!!! :dance:

I'm just letting Mathew fill out Packet 3 since it'll come to him. It's time he did something anyway!!! :dance:

If I knew that packet # 3 would come to him in Turkish I would just let him do it.. some couples I have talked to said it came in Turkish.. som said English.

Believe me.. it is just much better that I do all this :):)

Speaking of Packet 3 just found out that she got it today in the mail. All my supporting documents and the filled out forms should get there tomorrow. She just has to get the police records and then she can send the packet 3 back saying she has it all with form DS-230.

So, what is everyone doing for Halloween?

I'll be working and giving out candy to the little yard apes there.

I'm heading down to South Carolina to be with the fiance, and I think we're going to a halloween party but I don't have a costume or know what to be..

I was supposed to be getting married.... :(

Aww sweetie I know you were. But if it makes you feel any better next year I'll make the trip all the way there and throw pumpkins on your front porch. That'll be fun, wont it? ;)

Hahaha... nice! Maybe a miniature pumpkin pie!!

Will do...I don't have an NOA2 yet but as soon as I get it or see it on the website or anything I will update my timeline! I know it's been approved but have nothing except the letter from NVC - website still says it's in initial review!

They have to pay good web designers and programmers for this. Unfortunately, there site has some bugs, or people are not updating the proper programs to accomodate the right fields in the DB (database).

My towns radio station just did their own mix of the Orson Welles broadcast of War of the Worlds. It was amazing. Too bad they actually had the whole town freaked out and calling into the radio station reporting "weird lights". I was totally in on believing it until they cut to this little thing that said we were listening to a Theater of the Mind. It was great!!!

I've seen it updated every few hours.. but I haven't checked since yesterday.. so maybe they are having issues.

Hope not.. I want Kayla's pinky and toe to get there tomorrow, so that we can get some more approvals.

At this point, I don't think it will be worth more than one NOA2
