Jumping in here as well. Mailed my I-129F petition off this morning. Was around 150 pages with all evidence of visiting each other and ongoing relationship (Best to have too much than too little, right?).

So, a little stress off my mind after spending a few weeks getting everything together, and now it's the waiting game.

Thanks to all for the advice and guidance on this site, it's been my guiding light through this process!

Just got my hardcopy in the mail today!!

I got .... My signature card back in the mail today. BOOOOO! BUT!!! You saying this gives me hope that it will show up tomorrow! Many reasons I believe this: you live closer to the CSC than I, so naturally it would take longer to get to me. Crossing my fingers for tomorrow, but knowing my luck it will show up on monday!

Each day I see the anticipation, excitement, and the frustration in my sons face it is sooo heartbreaking. I can't begin to imagine what it feels like to be so in love and be so far from being able to reach out and touch the one you love at any given moment of the day. Not to be able to share all the wonderful daily things together from the start. It just seems so unfair. Then I look on this site and there are so many out there going through the same agonizing pain. I hope the centers are speeding up and everyone gets to be with thier love quickly. Good Luck to each and everyone of you.

I want to wish you all Sept 09 filers a speedy NOA2. Also, don't fret about RFE's as they usually mean once you submit the document they need approval will follow shortly. Best of luck and don't hesitate to ask any questions. An interesting bit of info for those waiting for NOA1. If you don't get your NOA1 and you noticed that your check has been cashed, if you have online banking and can see the back of your check you receipt number is written on the back. For VSC is starts with EAC and for CSC it starts with WAC. Just a bit of info in case all of you get a bit anxious waiting. I know I did :).

That is so nice of you to say. Yes, it's so hard being away from the one you love. We check the USCIS website everyday hoping someone will have touched our petetition and knowing that many of us may spend the holidays alone. Your son and his fiancee are very lucky to have you!

One love, two hearts, One joint mind. This is a once in a lifetime kind of love...

Yay!!

My bf sent the file on Friday and CSC received it this morning.

I have to say it is so nice to read comments from other people going through the same thing and getting as neurotic about their file!

good luck everybody! ... and thank goodness for VJ and everyone on it. I don't know how people manage to file without it.

Ok, so the mail has not arived yet today so there is still a chance.

I am so impatient, just need to chill!

Does anyone know what the "peak season" is for filing K! Visa's? Hopefully it's not September. Just wondering if they seem to go faster during a certain part of the year.

I have been sort of "studying" the stats --nothing else to do here, missing my man and going crazy, so that's what I do when I can't sleep at night -- and of course, it's only people on VJ, but, if I remember correctly, I noticed that when you look at all at CSC K1s per month, about 120 files come up for April-, May- and June-filers (120 each month). And about half of June-filers are approved. Then the numbers drop to 60 for July and for August, which means it should go faster for us??? a lot less people ahead of us...? might just be wishful thinking, please dont burst my bubble if Im wrong. lol
