My updated signature says it all! :)

Congrats to you both!!!

While I love it when the weekends come because I don't work; I also hate it that I can't stalk the USCIS website. Congratulations to all those who recently got their NOA2 and here's to a great week filled with many NOA2 snd absolutely NO RFE's.

I'm sure they are saving yours for first thing tomorrow morning. I hate the weekend cause they are closed and the Embassy is closed aswell. Plus on top of that I'm working 7 days a week for over a month at a time and then I decide to take a day off. Gotta save up the money for the AOS. Already have it in the bank now and need more for when she get here. She is only bringing a suit case when she does so I'm going to have to fit her for some new cloths haha. I don't mind now since it takes up my days for like 10-12 hours a day make it go by faster. The downside is I can't call her much between her being busy helping out with her parents on the farm in Poland and me working all the time only day we have to call each other on is Sunday and I have to wake up at 4 in the morning to do so cause later I'm off to work. Gotta do what you have to do since I'm here alone in the States as my parents and brother moved to England over the summer so he can attend school there. Work kills time plus the extra cash isn't bad.

Jenn the cases do get mailed out from DOS in NH so you most likely have the write one. You should call NVC tomorrow and asked when they shipped it out. Also they will give you the Case number for the DOS and the Ebassy.

Hi all! I'm newly registered on this site, and this is my first posting, but I did use some of the information from this site when assembling my I-129F packet and also when I was in the Philippines visiting my fiancee and before my visit there to determine what papers I should get from her when I was there. There's a lot of great information on this site and I'm thankful it exists.

I really wish I was assigned to VSC looking at this thread!! Anyone have any clue how fast Calif. is processing?

They send it from NVC/DOS so it's not in the hands of USCIS so you wouldn't get an email. You just have to call NVC and ask them if they sent it and when. You can also get the case file number for it if they did. Mine was just there for 2 days before they sent it out. Lucky me I guess. Hopefully everything else will go as smoothly as it has so far we can only hope.

Smiled. I sure do hope they are saving mINE for sometime this week because I'm becoming a nervous wreck, if not already one.

Oh. How much does the AOS cost and how soon after she gets here do you have to do it? I agree with you on the overtime statement, this process sure can be pricey, plus I believe you have to have money in the bank for when you submit the affidavit of support or proof of income. Excuse me if I'm wrong. Unfortunately extra time isn't available at my job, I work at a preschool, so once they're closed, I gotta go!

It's amazing how different our lifestyles are, you don't get to hear from your fiance because she helps her parents on their farm and I hear from my fiance ALL DAY, EVERYDAY!

Yea it's way different. I am a Manager at an Auto Repair shop so I'm there non-stop lately. The AOS cost is $1010 they say to file it within the 90 days of arrival but has to be filed after the wedding takes place. There is also another doctors visit for one part of the AOS so you can get some paper work to mail in with the I485 form. I don't think you have to have money in the bank if you have enough income to meet the guide lines. This is all new to me and I been reading as much as I can on the process for all of this so I maybe wrong.

I just got all my paper work and forms filled out for my Joanna and going to express mail them to Poland tomorrow morning. So maybe if everything goes well she will have a warm vacation away from the cold and hard work this winter. That's what we are hoping for. I just have so much respect for her with her life style as it's a hard life working on the farm. My mother did it and my grandparents on my mother's side did it back in the day. I also put in a few summers of my vacation in helping my grandfather on the farm when he was alive and now put in the past two years all my vacation time has been working on her farm when I'm in Poland. She finish school just this past July and got her papers now it's time to move here for sometime. It's nice a warm and sunny in Florida.

Mouth wide open! $1010??? OMG, with all this money that uscis is making off of us, we should've had our loved ones here within a week! Speaking of which, I googled i-129f processing times and so happen to come up on an article someone wrote about the fact that us U.S. citizens have to wait months and sometimes years to get our loved ones by us, while regular people from other countries apply for a regular visa and doesn't wait as long as we do, eventhough we're paying way more money and doing way more paper work.

Smiled, I envy you for living in warm, sunny Florida while I'm in cold New Jersey. But I guess I can't complain because I hear Poland is cold!

I suppose I am getting ahead of myself, since I have not even had a chance to contact NVC to see if they got my package.. but I followed all the instructions on tracking DHL and I think I found mine.

It is the only thing in a day date range going to my consulate and weighs the same as the package I sent to USCIS.. but it says it's been shipped from Department of State in Portsmouth, NH..

Is this the same as NVC?

If this is mine, it should be delivered tomorrow..

Yes, that's NVC. If you call them they can tell you the date they forwarded your package and they will give you your new case number.

They were very curtious to my son, and her actually got to talk to a real person.
