we still have not gotten our GC either, nor any touch since the case resumed at CSC. oh well.

we still have not gotten our GC either, nor any touch since the case resumed at CSC. oh well.

With us is the same...nothing since 08/06... :blush::( and, of course, a lot of people with the dates after us got their GC already. What to do???

I can't figure their principe of work...The funniest thing is that in the notice we received about the transfer they said:... to speed your process... :bonk::blink: What kind of "speeding" the process is this???

My driving license is not valid here and I can't go to the driving test before I get my GC, so I'm a pedestrian till who knows when. :huh:B-)

For Kayla.. I predict you will have EAD and AP by September 15th.. Green Card will be approved by October 3rd. You will have AP hard copy in hand a week after approval. Green card will arrive in the mail a week after approval.. EAD will arrive two days after Green card.

For Krystal... I predict you will have EAD and AP by September 30th... Green card will be approved on October 12th. For the others.. AP Hard copy will come in the mail 5 days after approval... EAD will arrive 14 days after approval. Green card will arrive 6 days after approval.

Well, it looks like I had things backwards. :) Congrats.. Kayla, A & D, Karen I am sure yours will come soon.

A & D why do you have to wait to get the license? That was the first thing Fuat got, even before the Social Security number. Must be something different about your state's requirements.

Krystle did I read you are pregnant??? CONGRATS! Kayla, congrats on the house, but I am sorry to hear it is in Lexington and not Richmond.

Things are going OK for me at the moment. I had my first follow up CT scan and will get the results on Thursday. Hopefully the doctor will tell me there is not sign of anything and I don't have to go back for more chemo cocktails. That's the plan anyway.

Hi Jenn, yes you did make your predictions a little backwards, maybe it was the cocktails in you!

I'm happy to hear that things seem ok so far, ok is better than not good at all.

YES you read right, I am, I am, I am pregnant and soo very happy about it. As of now I'm going through a phase where I continue to take pregnancy tests at home because I still can't believe it finally happened. TODAY I was suppose to get all my bloodwork results but I went to the doc, just to hear that my vials of blood is LOST :0

Soo I clenche my teeth, shed a tear once again and allowed them to draw more blood so hopefully all is well because you all know I'm a worry machine.

Just a little update - Matthew and I were married this morning at 10 AM! We are now on the long trek back to Iowa.

I got to thinking and I think that I'm the last September 2009 filer to get married. That's a really weird thought lol.

Just a little update - Matthew and I were married this morning at 10 AM! We are now on the long trek back to Iowa.

I got to thinking and I think that I'm the last September 2009 filer to get married. That's a really weird thought lol.

It's been a while since I posted here...we are still in the midst of AOS. USCIS lost the overseas medical, so we just got a new one sent off to them on Friday. Hoping for quick approval now, since we've been waiting since May!

We recieved his gc saturday so I can say I'm very happy to be done with uscis for the nest 18 months or so.

somehow I pictures frenzys eventual "wedding night" being like two cats on a hot tin roof. ;) I'm just kidding, congrats on the wedding and everything is gonna be perfect when the timing is right. Me and Mathew actually got lost on our wedding night trying to get to our honeymoon cabin and what should have only taken us about 4 hours took about 7. We got to the cabin right at 5am and were so exhausted and about to get in the bed when the sunrise came through the window(that whole house was windows on one side). That gave us that extra little boost of energy. :devil:

Anywho...got the email yesterday that Card production was ordered for the hubbys GC, and then today just got an email and text saying that they mailed the notice that they've approved his GC. Seems like those are maybe a little backwards, but who cares!!! yayyyyy! Done for 2 years!!!!

Yay for his GC, though!

We've been trying to come up with the money for AOS sooner than January, and it seems like everywhere we go is just a brick wall. Can't get a credit card, can't get a personal loan.... brick wall after brick wall, and all the while I just feel like beating my head into it. Sigh. I've been feeling like the worst wife ever because of it, too... like I can't even take care of him or something like that, you know? I'm ready to pull my hair out. :(

I guess the good news is that I have a few more hours this week than I did last week... but still not enough to be considered great. At least my cell phone bill will be taken care of, lol...
