I'm going to call DOS again tomorrow... I really..really.. need this mailed by .. tomorrow or Wednesday to make it in time for my wedding. I'm driving down .. and I need to make it in time to have a day or more to get the marriage licence....

This whole process for me has been so stressful..I have never been "cutting it close" so much in my life... ahhhhh lol can't wait until it's over. I told Kenyth we should have postponed the wedding when we found out my interview date ..but he just keeps saying it was going to work out because April 25th is the day we are meant to get married... I love him for his faith lol

I got my wedding dress yesterday in the mail ..lol. It's beautiful..and I think it fits pretty good considering I went down a size for it .. I'm going to get someone to lace up the back just to make sure though.

I called DOS, and they told me now.. "its being processed" ..ugh

So Kenyth called and he got the same answer so he said he was told it was approved.. so she looked again.. and then told him it was printed on Friday.

It's still not in the mail though.. and so many different answeres I don't know what to think =(

Ancica, you and David look great together! I don't know why I thought you're already in the US... I see that you got the wedding on the 27th? How were you able to plan it? People keep saying that you can plan a wedding in less than a month and my future mother-in-law even said that I don't need money for a wedding Interesting point of view.... I don't know how I'm gonna be able to find shoes and a dress my size cause I wear the smallest size....

How is wedding planning going for everyone else?

If you're having a wedding at your town's city cleark then you need to find out if you need to make an appointment to apply for the marriage license, I see you don't have much time left so you need to get the ball rolling...

Krystle I saw a post where you were telling someone they needed to hurry and get an appointment for the marriage license.. not sure how it works where you are, but I remember reading you had some issues. Did you get it taken care of? Here we don't need an appoinment. We walked in and had the license 15 minutes later.

Please everyone.. dont' forget about me. I am not disappearing.. just trying to juggle my new life, but can't let go of VJ. You guys have been like my family when I was alone and trying to do all this...

Fuat is adjusting more.. and we are working on plans for our May 1 wedding for my family .. and we can't wait to finally be able to put rings on and let people know about this officially

David works for the town. We will just go into the town clerk's office on Friday (4/23) and apply for the license. Our house is only a few minutes away. We return to the same location on Tuesday 4/27 and will have an appointment to be married by the Justice of the Peace who is also the town clerk.

From there we will start the ball rolling on AOS...
