September 2009 K-1 Visa Filers

When i filed my first K1 year 2006, VSC were always quick with approvals approx. 6 weeks to 2 months. while the rest of the service centers took 4-6 months for approval, and that time, there were 4 service centers for k1 visa.. and youll get so jealous with the VSc filers that you would want to move there..

but around 2007 -2008--starting to slow down.. and im so glad that theyre back to how they were before..

Yes, don't count on it being Monday, even if though I hope you get it. By my calculations, I should have been approved on Wednesday. Good luck to everyone! I am so happy for those of you who have been approved, but each day I look on here, I get sadder that everyone around me and now past me is getting approved... so, I am signing off, and hoping it only takes five months to process mine. By the way.. my bene is from Australia, but for some reason the system says Armenia.

I see Australia!

For some reason, their consulate is listed as Armenia. I think you can change that yourself if you edit your time line. I think you can just select the correct consulate.

Add another one to the list. I can't believe we got it so fast. Got a text messaged today at work it was the best one ever. WE got our NOA2 today I can't believe how happy I feel since we are one step closer now. Good luck to all yours will be coming in the next few days. Made my Boss to make my letter of employment too haha.

I was complaining about how cold it is in Virginia right now, and then read your post.. My last trip to Poland was in 2006, and got there the day when the really cold weather hit. They were saying it was the coldest winter in 60 years.. so cold that cars wouldn't start, the trains were all shut down and you could barely go outside. I had taken my mother on a trip there and, at one point, she asked me if I was trying to kill her by bringing her during that kind of weather So.. remembering that makes my complaining stop and my weather seem a little bit better today!!

I'm starting to hate the weekends.. because VSC is closed !!!! Maybe one of us will get some good news tomorrow!

I've been touched on sundays before! And someone before said something about there have been approvals made on sundays. So maybe there's a couple of people there today!
