I'm on hold with them right now.

I told them under NO CIRCUMSTANCES was my bag to be left on the front stoop. I told that girl that no matter what time it was to call me before delivery so I could be awake to grab it.

Well apparently when my aunt or uncle left the bag was sitting on the front stoop. No one knocked, called, or anything.

And I just got a hold of a Mary Goods and she told me that she didn't understand why I was calling if I already had my bag. She was a COMPLETE ####.

I will be filing a complaint.

This is the very first time I have ever lost my luggage.

I just sent Delta a lengthy email, so hopefully it warrants some action on their part. Mary Goods needs to be fired because if that is the kind of person they want to put on the front lines to deal with customers then they will lose those customers. They've already lost me as a customer and as an airmiles member.

I would love to be able to carry-on but for some reason I just can't seem to do it. Of course, this last time I had 10 pounds worth of wedding invitations in my bag, but that's besides the point.

Maggie the problem wasn't with the green card, you get the green card when you file for AOS. The problem was with the work permit (EAD stamp, employment authorization document). He does have the stamp on his i-94 but some people are saying it can be used to work, some people are saying nay. Either way, if he does work with it I doubt he'll be in trouble because the immigration officer did give it... Now if you're talking about the social security card, we went back and applied and got it saturday in the mail. It has a stamp: not authorized to work without permission from dhs (department of homeland security)...

I'm going to kill my uncle.

He works for Frito Lay and today is loading day(whatever that is) so he asked me to come pick him up because he has to leave his truck for a while. Well he text me and told me to come, and no sooner had I walked out the door did he call me and tell me nevermind that it's not going to take that long and he'll be able to get back to his truck on his own.

I had already closed the door.

Yeah, that's right.

Locked out.

I had to climb through a freaking window! I'm 5'1! That aint no easy feat!

Plus I'm sure the neighbors thought I was breaking in.

Seb.. hello Seb?? are you there?? Probably not.. his honey is here now, so he will probably be like me and have a short time he's not alble to get on here.

We are going to the DMV for a drivers license tomorrow and then... off to get the marriage license. There is no waiting period to get married, once we have the licesne, but it can take up to 30 days for it to be sent to us.. so... just going to wait and see and then set a date. We decided to get married in our house.. my family there a few of my friends.. and one of our friends officiating the wedding. The state of Virginia will give you a one day permit to perform wedding ceremonies... just fill out a bunch of forms and you are considered an "officiant" of the state or something like that..

It was Fuat's idea to do it at home ( which is how the religious weddings are sometimes done in Turkey).. and to have our friend Nate do the wedding. I like the idea a lot. I always said I didn't want the whole big fluffy white dress deal... won't have time to fly to Vegas.. and didn't really want to do it at City Hall. So.. home it is :)

Wednesday we apply for the soc card.

Thursday I have a huge media day for the opening of our new roller coaster

Friday.. the park opens for the 2010 season.

Busy week but I will try to check in at least once a day I really miss keeping up with everything, but I am sure things will settle down and I can get back to normal soon.
