Thanks Gaynto!!! I know the interviews in Dubai say it takes up to 3 months, and from what I've seen NVC isn't working as quickly as USCIS so who knows.

We were looking at a November timeline timeline on Igors list for the NOA2 so this was truly a suprise.

Never never never give up cause it's coming!!!

I hope that USCIS keeps it up and gets all of September approved before Thanksgiving. Now that would be AWESOME!!!!!!

Even with a 3 month wait for interviews you could still be done in the time they predict you that could receive NOA2.. One hurdle down. Keep your eye on the prize.

Congratulations to you all! I was hoping to get mine today too.. I wonder what the hold up is. Everyone around me in the sequence of numbers has been approved. How late can those things come anyway? Should I give up for today?

I predict yours will be ready by Friday.. or at least that what my hopeful little crystal ball says..

If your obsessive like me, I say check again now.. again in 30 minutes then go to bed!

(but we both know USCIS is closed until the morning, but it never hurts to check!)

Thanks Gaynto! Our wedding was supposed to be October 31, but our filing got delayed. Every day that gets closer, makes me sadder. I know it hasn't been that long, but I keep checking every 5 minutes just the same. Good luck to you too!

There was an NOA2 yesterday for I & O that got NOA1 on 09/16/2009. I hope VSC keeps blowing the doors off. And I also hope they will catch up with all the lingering files.. I feel bad for the guys that have been waiting so long.

There was another one!! One in 20 days! NOA1 on 09/24 NOA2 on 10/14 (I am stalking Igor's list hard and heavy today!)

They were one above me on Igor's list!! Same NOA1 date as me I certainly don't expect to see somethign so soon, but yes.. it does have my hopes up a little. There were two other couples that filed the same day as this couple and me. Kayla and Matthew.. and Karen and Jose Luis. Now I am watching for good news from one of you.

I think Karen is actually on a vacation with her SO right now.. that would be so great if she came back and found out she had been approved!!

I am cheering for all of you.. but first I wanted to see Ney.. and they have their's, so now I want to see Kayla and Matthew or Karen and Jose Luis ( OR ME ) There are 6 September filers approved from VSC now.. so let's hope they keep it up

Congrats to the ones that got their NOA2. Now we are 218 on Igor's list. People from the same NOA1 date as mine recieved theirs makes me happy and I keep checking all the time lol. Maybe to much.
