No.. just looked and Ney had their NOA2 5 days before me..but I was the fastest to get it

So let's look at it this way, if you're interview is the same day then it will be the fastest and the slowest on the same day

As you can see I put my interview on 25 because I am not sure that the documents David sent to me will be here on time. So, the lady ask me if I want to come on 23 and I said that 25 would be better.

Okay I am back from the funeral. Just got in last night. Sorry for the absence!

Jenn - you leave tomorrow!! Try not to be too nervous about the interview. I am putting all my hope and wishes with you! Enjoy the time there and the time with your mom!

AandD - Congrats!!!!!!! So happy for your interview date, best of luck!!!

Kayla - How was the time with Mathew?? Is he still there? I hope you enjoyed it!!!

Krystle - I just got done ordering my police certificate this morning, and the lady today me 7-10 business days and it was $30. I spoke with a friend of mine who works on the inside, and she said that the 120 days might be in reference to the online process they just started. So heres hoping!!!

I had one girl take a form for the apartment already... so hopefully she'll come back with it, she seemed very interested.

I did however, get issued a letter February 8th saying my 90$ cheque for the outstanding parking tickets bounced (thats because they lost it for awhile..then tried to cash it after I had done my xmas shopping). Anyway.. she said they may issue me a warrant.. I tried calling her to pay it and got no answer... came home to a letter dated February 14th (4 days after the first one) saying I am in collections for it and owe 420$ now.

hiccup..hiccup.. hiccup. Get one thing straight and another pops up.. lmao I am going to lose my mind.

But seriously, how can she write me a letter saying to pay the 90$ and then put me in collections 4 days later... I mean, that wasn't even enough time to receive the letter to know it bounced and to send it in...and it took 2 months for them to write that letter from the time they tried to cash it.. so.. frustrated.

I can't wait until this process is over...really. lol

Thanks Maggie. I will have the interview on 10:30AM. I am sure that I will not sleep properly the night before. Hope everything will be good. I have a tons of paper and I am intending to separate the proofs of "us" with photos, skype communication and other things.

I am looking forward to finish all of this...and come back home.

Now I am counting the days when I will be with David again. My heart is exciting and I am hardly waiting to be in his hug.

jenn, i'm not sure what time you leave tomorrow, but i just wanted to wish you a safe and speedy flight! i hope you have a wonderful time with your sweetie.

Well.. I will get up at 5:00am and leave the house at 7:30am for a 12:15pm flight out of Washington DC. Then fly to New York. Have a two hour lay over at JFK and then an 11 hour flight to Istanbul. I will be getting in to Istanbul at 9:30am on Friday ( 2:30am our time). It's going to be a looong trip.

Since I am going there on a business trip too, I didn't have to pay for the ticket but I also had no control over it.

WHY didn't they book me on the flight out of Washington at 10:30pm tomorrow night??.... that's a 7 hours flight to Frankfurt... and hour and half layover and then a 3 hour flight to Istanbul. It's the one I always take and then I only have to be on a plane for 7 hours at the longest. Total travel time would be me there in about the same amount of time the flight from JFK to Istanbul will take. 11 hours on a plane is not my idea of a good time

But who cares.. I am going and that's all that matters.

By the way.. did I mention I haven't packed yet? Haven't even started my laundry so that I can pack? It's going to be a long night.. but work has been so busy this week I haven't been able to do anything else!

Well.... Time for me to get busy.... I will make sure to post before I leave in the morning.

Counting the days until Joanna coming to the states. 31 Days til she is in the States (New York) and 38 days until she is finally with me in hopefully sunny and warm Florida by then.

Three couples are consuming my waking hours as well as my sleep right now. Obviously, my son and his fiancee who I'm pretty confident will be in put on AP, Jenn and Faut who I feel will get thier visa while Jenn's in Turkey (I really feel good for you Jenn), and A&D who I feel has it in the bag (I'd really be suprised if it happens any other way).

GOOD LUCK TO EACH ONE OF YOU!!! I KNOW EACH ONE OF YOU HAVe WORKED HARD AND DESERVE THIS!!!

My son-in-laws (John) car broke down on the highway and the cop pulled over and asked "Do you need a tow truck?" John said "No thanks my dad is on his way" After the cop left John had to go to the bathroom so he walked up one of the exits to a gas station and went. Within 15 minutes he was back at his car and a ticket was on his windshield. Unbelievable, I see cars sitting on the side of the road with warnings all the time, and this kid gets a ticket for what. My daughter spent time on the phone only to find out he has to go to court. Now where is the justice in this, his car was there less than an hour. I think it was a rookie cop who was hot to ticket someone sick little sh** (hurting people who have done no wrong). Hiccups seem to run in my family.

Oh well, maybe things will change when family member number eight gets here.

I really hope, and pray, that you are right about our visa.. I will still be there when/if it gets delivered and it will be so great to be able to see the look on his face ( and mine) when we actually see it in the passport..we've had two disappointments already and that is two too many... but.. I am also trying to prepare myself for AP. Funny thing is.. I have a really good feeling about your interview. Maybe we are both too anxious.. I also know A & D are going to sail right through this. They've already had their hard time with the RFE.... it's their turn for great, great news.

It's going to be an exciting week for this group!!
