can't wait to show it off! Glenoi is going to be so proud of me!

OMG, I could NOT live in Poland!

Whenever you're ready we can go to Jamaica together!

Great I can have guide that knows Jamaica :) We might take you up on that offer. If we do we gotta go to the falls I love water and that placed looked great in the pictures.

man, i love jamaica! my honey and i went there this past may, and had an amazing time! We were actually thinking about going there for a belated honeymoon soon after getting AP. but now looking at my vacation time...it may be a *very* belated honeymoon.

krystle, maybe you can still do a destination beach wedding, just in the US? I know nothing here can compare to the wild beauty of jamaica (except for hawaii) but we're doing the beach wedding thing in Florida. but we're just doing something super small and simple to save money. just my immediate family and 2 very close friends.

seb, have you been to pass-a-grille (down at the bottom of st. pete beach)? that's where i'm planning on getting married...

Also if you like rock music I have a friend that plays in a band. Pretty good one at that, they do covers of all types of rock songs and have their own stuff. The lead singer/guitarist plays for Sebastian Bach when he tours once in a while. Used tour with him all the time too. I know the dummer. So if you are down here we could go to a show. They play all the time at differant clubs/pubs.

I love Poland.. one of my favorite places, but so cold this year! Krakow was my absolute favorite city until I went to Istanbul ( Sorry Seb..but I loved Krakow so much I took my mother there)

I had a chance to go to Jamaica on a business trip, would have been leaving this Friday, but my brother's birthday is this weekend.. so going to Michigan instead. Well.. he will only turn 50 once and I can go to Jamaica another time. Tried to take him with me, but silly guy wanted to spend his birthday with his wife and kids. Imagine..

Someone asked about AOS a few posts back. Once you file for AOS, you could have your travel authorization within 2-3 months. It generally comes before the AOS is complete. So, if you didn't want to take a honeymoon right after the wedding it is still possible to do it within 2-3 months after you start AOS.

Not sure if you're referring to me but my question was if & when he passes the interview if we could marry while I'm there before he comes to the states but the answer was no.

Me & Glenoi are most likely going to marry within the 1st month. It's going to be very small & intimate because the people who I'd love to invite would only come to pass judgement & criticize. So I'm only inviting people who I know for a fact is going to be happy to see me get married.

Ooh on the Mr.Mc... I love burgers but to me McDonald's is sweet so nothing like a good 'ol homemade burger fresh off the grill.

I almost forgot, honey is on his way to do his medical.

Yesterday we were blessed w' a wonderful day & I hope today and the next upcoming months will be filled w' as much joy & success as yesterday. Everyone Have a great day!

We'll do the same like you and Glenoi...just a little ceremony as soon as possible when I come because nobody of people close to me can't come from Croatia. I don't mind...the most important thing is start to live together like a proper family and couple.

We have dogs and cats...and the house will be full!!! :star:

No, it was Maggie who was asking how long it would take before someone could leave the country..

As for burgers, I don't really like them.. which makes it very strange that I would go to McDonalds sometimes. Only once have I ever craved a burger and that was after my trip to Hong Kong at Thanksgiving. I got off the plane, looked at my friend who was picking me up, and said "please get me to a McDonalds asap" :)

Maybe it was the chicken's foot for Thanksgiving dinner that did it :)

I hope today is as great a day as yesterday was.. one thing would clinch that. A post from A & D with an NOA2

LOL, that would do it for me too!

There is a direct flight to Jamicia from Memphis so we went last summer and it was beautiful. We went for a dune buggy ride in the villages and had sooo much fun playing with the local kids. KJenkins, it's great that you will have family there and get to visit often after the AOS.

Due to my son's work schedule me and my husband are going to meet my son's fiance in Amsterdam and fly into Memphis with her. We want to go several days before her arrival and explore Amsterdam for a while. The kids have decided they want to get married in front of a waterfall in the Smokey Mountians and honeymoon at disney world. I love the Smokies! We are all hoping for a late March wedding. We are praying she gets her visa during her interview because there are so many people getting put on AP from Iran, some have been on it for a year already.

Here's wishing for a great day for A&D!!! (F)

how cool! sadly we'll only be there the weekend but if we're not too crazy with wedding stuff it would be awesome to meet up, even if just for a quick drink! Seeing a band could be very cool. We can figure it out as we get closer to May and have our honeys here... :) And yeah - fort desoto looks awesome, awesome enough that i might cave in and rent a car. :) thanks seb...
