I'm here now.. it's been a hectic day. I am still in my office, trying to finish things up for the night, but wanted to check in.

AND.. I just found the cutest thing for Valetines day. Need a quick idea? Something unusual? Go to www.mymms.com and have a picture of you and your honey printed on M & M's I just had some made and hoping they will be here in time for me to ship to Turkey.

You can also add your own words on them. I needed something small and "different"..and that did the trick

I did call back to DOS today, and I got through, but instead of going to the waiting thing, the guy on there said "We're sorry, but all of our visa specialists are busy, please hang up and try again later".

I got so frustrated I didn't try again after that.

Wow it has been a long time since I have posted on here. I am writing from Florida as my visa was approved last Monday and picked up on Wednesday. I have been trying to keep up with everyones posts in the last little while but it was hard to sit down and follow since I have been so busy with packing, leaving my work, my family and my friends, and finally moving to the states. This experience has been so overwhelming and emotional but as we all know the end result is worth it . I am going to try to get on here more to try and give a bit more support for those of you still waiting for your loved ones.

I am happy to see a bunch of you with interview dates and even a few approvals! I also hope that Montreal hurries up and fires out some interview dates for those of you waiting there.

I look forward to hearing everyones interview results and wedding plans and again I am sorry for my absence in the last little while.

Nope we don't know the date yet. Our plan is to get the married (civil wedding) sometime within the 90 days. We are planning on having a big Catholic wedding in Poland in the summer of 2011. We are just going to have a small civil service here with just few witnesses and just have a party at either my house or my friends house since he has a very large house. That's the plan. I have a feeling I will be working the farm before the our wedding in Poland haha. Since I plan on being in Poland for like 3-4 weeks. I'm sure her dad will put me to good use lol. She is one of four girls with no males on a farm in Poland. I keep joking with her father that he should have kept on trying either he would have had a boy or had a full Polish womens soccer team.

I know I've mentioned this before but I can't help but to say it again. It'll amazing how we've created such a wonderful bond just from this website. I really can't wait for summertime to get here because by then we should all be happily married and planning a wknd getaway (to somewhere affordable of course) to finally meet up w' each other. So far the plan is @ Jenn's job: kings dominion but some of us are so far away from Virginia. We'll figure it out...

Lol @ Jenn! Well Jenn, someone's gotta start the morning off, why not me? I was up researching how much a cruise ship wedding would cost, after two websites: can't afford it! I'm not mad though, I still want to marry the man of my dreams, I just didn't want civil ceremony pictures :-(

Wow, the DOS line is REALLY screwed this morning. When I called just now the first thing it said was "You have reached the visa office, all of our specialists are busy, please hang up and try again later". I never even got to press 1 and then 0!!!

Canada better be doing something awesome right now is all I've got to say! I've got a Canadian honey that I'm dying to snuggle!

And ahhh, he ALWAYS smells so good! Come on, Canada! I promise to let you sniff him one last time before I take him away forever. Pinkie promise!

It is amazing to see how far so many have already come since we all started here. I agree kjenkins I can't wait for summer, I hope by then everyone is reunited.
