Hi PaciencayFe! I'd say I'm glad that you're back but I'm not going to because then that would mean I'm glad you're away from your love but welcome back.

Jenn: thanks for the get well wishes! I didn't get to finish my tax because I don't have my 1098 from school and I forgot how much I paid outta pocket.

I have to go back to work today, ugh...

By the way, I finally came to my senses, I was so stuck on wanting to take a week & a half off from work w'out pay but that won't be necessary. I'll just take enough time to go to the interview and come back, as opposed to waiting for the visa.

Still hoping a miracle will pop up regarding my ticket!

and yeah we put the deposit down on the receiption and made arrangements with the church and photographer and DJ and such. but... it's okay.. the wedding will happen.. just most likely not April ..boo. It's okay though, because we do get our deposit back. I'm still hoping February might bring us something good - and we could go back to planning away.

Should I just go ahead and do it??

I already know what I'm gonna hear, but I'm always thinking "what if". But I guess this is the price you pay for having a fast NOA2.

I've been anxious to get back on here, but we've had massive out town visitors with munchkins that had me completely worn out. Things are just slowing down here.

Maggie_Kenyth thanks for the welcome back! I'm sorry they are taking so long to set up your interview. I hope they let you know something soon.

Wow it has been a long time since I have posted on here. I am writing from Florida as my visa was approved last Monday and picked up on Wednesday. I have been trying to keep up with everyones posts in the last little while but it was hard to sit down and follow since I have been so busy with packing, leaving my work, my family and my friends, and finally moving to the states. This experience has been so overwhelming and emotional but as we all know the end result is worth it . I am going to try to get on here more to try and give a bit more support for those of you still waiting for your loved ones.

I am happy to see a bunch of you with interview dates and even a few approvals! I also hope that Montreal hurries up and fires out some interview dates for those of you waiting there.

I look forward to hearing everyones interview results and wedding plans and again I am sorry for my absence in the last little while.

Yeah, but they were still open. MLK day is one of those holidays where businesses can pick if they want to work or not. Mail doesn't run, but other businesses can be open if they want.
