September 2009 K-1 Visa Filers

Okay, I've been stalking the forums and although I know not everyone whos applied for a visa has registered here, from what I can see for Montreal is..

Most IR1/CR1's that have been waiting Sept-Nov.. are being taken care of for the February batch. One K1 landed in February so far. (hopefully a few more that have been waiting awhile)

I think by the looks of this, any K1 from Sept-Nov should be March scheduled... and maybe more considering it's a longer month than February.

So we may get a March/April interview date Kayla.. which is good for you because it still gives plenty of time for the June wedding =)

So apparently, they're going to let us do the interview without the police records and without the medical exam results and let us send them later. Now I'm just hoping Fernando can get everything else together before the interview tomorrow morning. THE PROCRASTINATION MONSTER IS UGLY, AND IT BIT MY FIANCE! And now I am stressed!!!! Wish us luck and prayers tomorrow.

So I bought the very first thing for "our" home. :) I'm so excited I could pee! But I wont. It's amazing how excited I was to just buy drinking glasses!

I guess that's the one and only thing that sucks about still living at home with mom. I don't have rent to pay or anything, but I don't have anything hardly of my own. I decided to start buying all of the little things that we probably wont be getting at our household shower that way it wont be so much to get when it gets close down to it.

Besides, I get to be all moony and thinking about our future while shopping for things that HE AND I will use in our life together.

Now if I start getting really happy over buying a toilet seat cover, please, someone smack me.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one!! Just about my favorite thing to do with Mathew when I was up there(besides the ice pack thing ;)) was to go grocery shopping. It felt so good to do that with him because it's things that married couples do together.

And the things I hate doing here at home I love doing for him. I love washing the dishes and cleaning the apartment made me soooooo happy. It's crazy and weird, but I just really really enjoy taking care of him.

Now I'm making our wedding registry and envisioning our home. :) Yayyyyyy!!!!

So I just bought the first thing for our home. :). I've never been so happy to buy drinking glasses in all of my life!!!:)

I decided to start buying all of the little things we probably won't get at our household shower now little by little so it won't be so much to do when it gets closer. That's what sucks about still living with mom. I may not have rent to pay or anything, but we have SO many things we have to get before we can start a life.

But I guess it's a fair trade, and besides, I get to be all moony and starry-eyed thinking about our future while I do it. :luv:

Yes I'm entirely aware I've used about a hundred smilies but I can't help it!!

My future last name is gonna be Gervais! Yay G's!!!

For Christmas my aunt's mom got her these letters to stick on the wall that said "Always kiss me goodnight..." I definitely want that for our bedroom!

I'm very much into decorating our home with pictures of us and lovie stuff. You should see my room right now, lol. Mathew calls it "our shrine". :)
