Still 16 here today.

I think I'd like some Bourbon!

You know, I've noticed something. Canadian liquor is stronger than american. At least on somethings. I LOVE those Smirnoff flavored beer thingies. If I buy them down here I can drink like the whole 6 pack and not feel the least bit tipsy. But when I went to visit Mathew in November he got me some of the raspberry flavored(heaven in a bottle) and I could barely walk, lol.

I would think that he put a little somethin' extra in it if it weren't for the fact that he's never seen me drink. but now that he has, I think he loves it. Let's just say he got a lot of added bonus out of it.

Guess that means I gotta do a good drinking experiment.

Give me another week and I'll be throwing another crazy fit over the fact that Montreal hasn't even batted an eyelash at our file.

Ranting is necessary, because dammit, it makes me feel good!

Hi guys! Sorry I haven't posted an update, but I have been trying to read posts on my blackberry. Never tried posting a message from here - hopefully it will work!

Thank you all so so so much for all your good wishes!! I'm hoping they will bring us lots of good luck tomorrow. I promise to post as soon as we hear the news!!

Jenn - yes, it definitely seems like it is pretty much an automatic second interview (with fiance required) if they don't come to the first one. I for one was not going to take a chance with missing it!

plus I want to be here anyway to support my honey.

I'm trying my best as well to stay positive and be thankful for what I have because things could've been worse. There are people on here whom their consulate is not very friendly.

Kayla: those are what knock me out cold. Two bottles of smirnoff ice & I'm gooooooonne!

We've gotten so personal in the thread that we're now calling each other by first names... Well, my name is Krystle. (I felt slow saying that, hmmm)

No Maggie, didn't sleep well

Kept thinking of my love and how empty my bed is.... But in a few weeks (sounds good to say weeks and not months), he'll be by my side every night and we won't be on countdown as to when we'll part

They don't log K-1s in their automated system. It's not that it's not updated, they just don't log us.

Kjenkins86, the fact that Cuba and USA don't have normal relations kind of benefits me at this stage. Keep in mind that we don't have neither an embassy nor a consulate, but an "interest section office" only. So, in the case of us Cubans once we have the HAVANA Number we could go to the U.S. Interest Section website, print out packets 3 & 4 and schedule the interview. In my case, I had filled them out long time ago and took them to my Fiancee in December when I went to see her. So pretty much right now all she has to do is date the documents and do her medical, whci she'll have plenty of time to do before the 29 of March.
