Hi,

I received package 3 for my k-1 visa yesterday (YAY!) and now I am stumped while filling out the DS 230. Question 14-17 deal with my spouse. In my understanding I do not have one yet, therefore I would not fill out my fiance (USC). However, on the DS-160, it tells me to include my fiance as my spouse. I'm not sure which route to go?

Thanks, I've tried searching for this everywhere, and since no one else has posted this question it must mean I am the only lost bozo while filling out this form

You have to keep in mind that many forms (the DS-230 for example) are also completed by married couples - if you were married already, you'd complete the sections you're referring to, otherwise you do not.
