don't forget the $1010.00 for AOS though....

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

09/25/09 - POE: JFK

10/05/09 - married on K1 visa

11/23/09 - filed for AOS, EAD, AP

12/21/09 - Biometrics

02/01/10 - received work permit and adv parole

02/11/10 - Card production ordered!

02/23/10 - Green card received

don't forget the $1010.00 for AOS though....

Lol..I know but it didn't fit well with my "commercial". Plus outside of VJ I don't think any of my friends will know what AOS means, and I posted the same message on Facebook. :)
