Dear all VJs member who have been helping me with my questions and also who have made prayers for me and given me support. Well, your wishes and prayers were heard and I PASSED MY INTERVIEW TODAY (Sept 1st) at USEM in Jakarta.

Here is the interview process:

1- Came to the USEM at 07.30 am

2- Turned in the medical exam result, passport to The prescreener at 08.00 am

*she only asked if I had photos of my wedding and also asked how long I have been married. That was all.

3- Called to have fingerprints scanned at 8.30 am

4- Waited for ONE and A HALF hours

5- Got called to get inside a room to be interviewed

Questions: - How did we meet

- When we meet

- Tell how the first time we met until we got married

- How was my mom felt when I decided to marry a foreigner

Then he only said, do not worry everything is fine, I can get my visa on Sept 4th

6- I thanked the officer and got out with a ticket to get my passport back with visa

7- Took a cab and then called my husband :star:

Well, it means I can see my husband in Hawaii before he deploys to Iraq ... Yeeey, alhamdulillah ... I do not know how to describe my feelings, it is just great !!!

Again, thank you all ... well, see you on the next phase  (Removing condition)

congrats

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
