primary - air plane tickets, visas, receipts

secondary - letters, emails, chat logs

5/18/2008 - Went to Vietnam for first time with brother

5/25/2008 - Cousin intro Tu, asked for number, began relationship, many phone calls, letters, emails

6/20/2009 - Went to Vietnam for sec time with dad

7/27/2009 - Dam Hoi, received marriage certificate, went to many places for vacation

6/4/2010 - Vietnam for third time with mother

6/19/2010 - Got married, went to many places for vacation

7/3/2010 - Mail out I-130

I JUST NEED SOME CLARIFICATIONS ON THIS 2 IF YOU GUYS CAN OR COULD LIST THEM I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT....

WHAT ARE PRIMARY EVIDENCE OF AN ONGOING RELATIONSHIP AND;

WHAT ARE SECONDARY EVIDENCE OF AN ONGOING RELATIONSHIP?

Primary could be.... Marriage, Kids together anything directly linking the 2 of you together. Secondary could be, photos, email etc or affadavit from fam or friends.

WHAT ARE SECONDARY EVIDENCE OF AN ONGOING RELATIONSHIP?

Those are terms used in the context of meeting a fiance(e), not for evidence of an ongoing relationship. They are not appropriate for use discussing evidence of a bona fide relationship.

However, the strongest evidence is hard evidence of time spent together, such as boarding passes and hotel receipts, or joint bank account, residence or children. Weaker but still good would be pictures together and with family and evidence of ongoing communication. A good case has plenty of both available for the interview.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Thanks guys for all your replies..... i File for a CR1 and to provide the strongest evidence just as pushbrk said i have decide to go to Nigeria for about 3 to 5 months before hubby's interview abd we have spent 4 weeks together earlier and hope all of that with our secondary evidence will be a sufficient prove....
