I think a deep breath or two is needed.

Lancer you did pretty much call the guy a slave owner, that's defamatory in the much the same way as if someone were to call you a rapist or a child molester.

Displaying the Confederate flag online is stupid, but you can't really justify that comment on the basis of it.

You KNEW what the TOS were before you signed up. You agreed to them, yes? So why the heck are you whining about it now? There are reasons the TERMS OF SERVICE are in place. Go back and read them. IF you don't like the TOS...then have your account deleted and leave. Simple solution.
