I will remind everyone that if you have problems with any moderation issues please send then to Captain Ewok. I issued a warning about a post that was uncalled for and insulted a VJ member. You can disagree if you like but my warning stands. Any further comments like the ones discussing my decision and insulting the moderators will end up getting this thread closed.

Kathryn ... can I disagree with you just because?

:secret: that make-up time is worth it

I'll be damned..

The pro-slavery northern Democrats--known as the Copperheads, after the snake--organized around every military failure, including those caused by the incompetence of their hero, Gen. McClellen. They stoked a racist backlash against the Emancipation Proclamation, which created the climate for the deadly New York Draft Riots in 1863.

Not to mention the fact that, thanks to slavery, they are in the US today and not in Africa?

Dude you're baiting me

Out of curiosity, have you seen any Kanye Wests coming out of Kenya or Sudan? Just saying..

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

I publicly disagree and my statement stands. Take me to room 101 already!

why wouldn't blacks in africa also be supporting the flag? didn't they assist in selling their countrymen (rival tribes) into bonds?

evil always has its accomplices.

I am sure Africans didn't have slaves right? Africans just don't do that. Only evil white Americans have slaves. Yes the full 2% of them, therefore, everyone is a slave owner. Now try mention a negative fact regarding the African American demographic living in 2009; regardless of the figure, or ironclad stat, I'm being racist and stereotyping.

Not to mention the fact that, thanks to slavery, they are in the US today and not in Africa?

And still B!TCHIN about it like it was fvckin yesterday!

And still B!TCHIN about it like it was fvckin yesterday!

You could have fooled me. Since getting off the plane at the very least, once a week, I am somehow reminded of it. Very strange definition of equality and brotherhood.

They tried expanding a road that runs near the Manassas, VA battlefield. People kicked and screamed like it was holy land. It's like come on man; it's freagin 10 feet of land out of thousands of acres.

Yes, I actually have, but I wouldn't expect you to know anything about Hip Hop music.

For obvious reasons. You couldn't pay me, or most the developed world, $200 an hour to listen to that garbage.

Hey want is the irony that the first civil war battle was in my area.

get a grip. There are not too many places outside America that perceive hip hop as talent, let alone cool. Different strokes for different folks.

Don't even get me started on the shitty fashion sense. Biggest disgrace of them all.

That means you're an idiot, Kathryn. You're unwilling to hear out people who are telling you're wrong, you're just another stubborn authoritarian threatening to take your ball home if you don't get your way.

Sorry but a civil war is embarrassing for a nation. Rather than dwell on it, you learn from it and move on.
