Hello. My father wants to sponsor his brothers and their families so they are able to move here from Bangladesh. My father is a US citizen, he wants to know after he sponsors his brothers and passes away, are they still able to move here?

If a visa number has not been made available and the petitioner dies then so does the visa application. So No they would not be able to come if he died.

Generally speaking, how long does it take to have a visa number made available?
