noticed that we almost have the same timeline...do you have plan to go for an advance medical?

I'm not sure yet. I had a medical exam last February when we were pursuing a fiancee visa application. Maybe that one is still valid, or maybe not. Anybody here knows?

emailed my DS3032 on sep24, snail mail it on oct2, hopefully it will be accepted this week, it is the only one holding me, im ready to pay 400 and mail that ds230

Grrrrrrrr!! i got RFE they said my cosponsor figures on the 864 Q #25 did not match the 1040 ,, so we have to fill out a new one and send it that means i have to wait another two weeks i am notttttttttttttttt happy right this second this is totally depressing !!! do you guys suggest that i still should send it with ups extrem urgent or regular mail ,, i ask this because nvc will take for ever to review it any ways why pay more !! i am just so down about this !! don't know what to do any suggestion please

Lily don't get frustrated. Just send it soon, because you are frustrated right now and you are feeling like you don't care. But just remember that you are really close to being done. I haven't even sent my AOS package and waiting on DS 3032 to be accepted as well. Think rationally about it. Sending it as soon as possible would be my suggestion. Good luck!

thanks so much ,, yes indeed i really felt like i gave up i talked to my husband last night i stressed him out more ,, how in the world a college grad make that stupid mistake ohh well !!!! ,,, i saw the numbers they were off man!! i am gonna stop blaming my self and the co-sponsor will stay postive thanks for the encouragement guys !!!!

Lily don't get frustrated. Just send it soon, because you are frustrated right now and you are feeling like you don't care. But just remember that you are really close to being done. well i sent mine thru email on sep24, i read one here who sent hers sep23 thru email and got accepted yesterday, when did u sent yours?

mine was accepted like in three days my husband sent in the scanned email on sep 18 and the iv was generated on the 22 , not to mention the 19 and 20'th were the weekend !! what are they doing to your ds 3032 i hope it will get accepted today or tommorow !!??? i understand when it is my mistake if they take for ever but you did not mess up any thing can be annoying !!

So, I'm getting ready to send everything off, and had a quick question.

Is it really necessary that I write the case number at the top of EVERY document I submit? These packets are over 50 pages; I REALLY don't feel like writing the case number on top of every single page. Has anyone NOT done this and run into problems?

YES, YES, YES, YES x50... It is a pain, but if any of your documents gets misplaced, would you not kick yourself for wasting up to 60+ days with an RFE because they do not have it, or it was lost and do not know what file it goes with??? Take the 5 minutes now, it will be worth the peace of mind!!!

yes it is annoying, its just a piece of paper that is holding me back, but people here say its taking 2 weeks, so maybe tomorrow I'll get it since its my second week, thanjks

Sometimes it is very quickly, but sometimes it takes some time?? Depends on what they are missing or needing.... For your issue, it is just a box filled out incorrectly (verification of info) so it should not be that long...

Also, just on a side note, it kinda might make others feel bad when you brag about how quickly that your info got accepted... if you look at the recent rate and time of acceptance of the 3032's it is about 12 - 20 days at the moment and that is just the reality of the recent big rush from USCIS approvals... Comparing your quick acceptance to others wait might be construed as a bit insensetive for those waiting.... Just my opinion...
