Hi, has anyone paid their IV bill and then it shows up unpaid?

I paid mines lastnight and then am checking now and it shows unpaid.

DS3032 APPROVED!!!!!

WOO HOO!

IV bill is ready to be paid online (hubby is attempting that now) and i have the DS230 ready to rock!!!

omg... thank you guys for putting up with my whinging and to those who helped me.. you know who you are ;)

much love to everyone!

Congrats to you.... :dancing::dancing:

I just got off the phone with an operator and she is telling me that its showing that it's pending and I should not pay it again as it is showing to do online.

Just waiting for 3-5 days as she said.:blink:

Yup, the NVC is right!!! It takes a couple days for the payment to show paid... Just keep checking the website and once it shows paid, you can print the cover sheets...

But I am just a bit confused as to what is happening...:blink:

What is happening is that your payment needs to clear... Like when you write a check, it has to clear the bank and be registered as paid by the party cashing the check. Just keep checking the site until it shows paid... Hang in there

The problem is that it's not showing as being in process like when I paid the AOS but rather as not paid meaning that I can select it to pay again even though I have paid it lastnight.

Happened to a lot of people, just keep checking... DO NOT PAY IT AGAIN AS THIS WILL SCREW UP THE SYSTEM!!! All I can tell you is keep checking, in a day or so it will show paid... If NVC told you it is "in process" then for them it is just that, in process, you have to wait for it to show paid... Hopefully it will be cleared up in a day or two...

So, I'm getting ready to send everything off, and had a quick question.

Is it really necessary that I write the case number at the top of EVERY document I submit? These packets are over 50 pages; I REALLY don't feel like writing the case number on top of every single page. Has anyone NOT done this and run into problems?

YES, YES, YES, YES x50... It is a pain, but if any of your documents gets misplaced, would you not kick yourself for wasting up to 60+ days with an RFE because they do not have it, or it was lost and do not know what file it goes with??? Take the 5 minutes now, it will be worth the peace of mind!!!

So, I've noticed that these two packets, AOS and IV Bill, have separate ATTN's on the cover sheet. If I'm going to send both in the same packet, who the heck do I address the envelope to? Can I put both "ATTN: CMR" and "ATTN: AOS" on it? How, precisely, does this work?

I think that it's a problem with their system. I paid mines and its still showing up as being unpaid and the money is deducted from my account already. Have to call them and rectify it. :bonk::bonk:

Happened this problem to me too... I went online to pay, and I couldnt pay because the browser was getting stuck... Changed web browser and made it to send the payment, then it showed in process for a long time, almost 2 weeks, even after the money were taken off the account....

I'm not sure yet. I had a medical exam last February when we were pursuing a fiancee visa application. Maybe that one is still valid, or maybe not. Anybody here knows?
