NO!!! I am having a very depressed and hopeless day! I contacted Naples and they said they cannot anticipate the interview date until they have my case file, which of course they will not get until NVC schedules an interview... When I called NVC, they said that this week is technically the 1st week of themonth and that they will schedule NEXT week! I know that is also BS, but what can I do??? Just having a rough time knowing we are sooo close and yet know nothing! I guess I am just getting anxious and since my hubby is stuck on a ship with no communication I am feeling the stress at the moment!

Thanks for askin, I really am hoping for something soon!!!

Thats rough!! Not even being able to communicate with him- I can not imagine how difficult that must be on you. I'll keep you in my prayers and hope that you get your interview date soon!

I am filling my DS230 so I have a questation

Questions 15-18 on the DS 230 are unclear...Do they want the beneficiary's family name or the petitioner's family information in that section??!!

emailed my DS3032 on sep24, snail mail it on oct2, hopefully it will be accepted this week, it is the only one holding me, im ready to pay 400 and mail that ds230

Grrrrrrrr!! i got RFE they said my cosponsor figures on the 864 Q #25 did not match the 1040 ,, so we have to fill out a new one and send it that means i have to wait another two weeks i am notttttttttttttttt happy right this second this is totally depressing !!! do you guys suggest that i still should send it with ups extrem urgent or regular mail ,, i ask this because nvc will take for ever to review it any ways why pay more !! i am just so down about this !! don't know what to do any suggestion please

Sorry to hear that Lily1, well the sooner it gets there, the sooner they will review it. Its your call, but I would send it UPS overnite, but that is just me, a impatient, cranky witch!

Lily don't get frustrated. Just send it soon, because you are frustrated right now and you are feeling like you don't care. But just remember that you are really close to being done. I haven't even sent my AOS package and waiting on DS 3032 to be accepted as well. Think rationally about it. Sending it as soon as possible would be my suggestion. Good luck!

Has anyone heard anything on people from Pakistan not aving to send their Police Cert with the ds 230 package? I already have the PCC to send with it but a rep from NVC said that they do not want it from people in Pakistan. Anyone heard anything similar to this?

Has anyone heard anything on people from Pakistan not aving to send their Police Cert with the ds 230 package? I already have the PCC to send with it but a rep from NVC said that they do not want it from people in Pakistan. Anyone heard anything similar to this?

I haven't heard anything like this and I would send it just to be on the safe side. But they probably said that coz they are putting all the Pakistani people in AP since they think every Pakistani is a terrorist LOL. Just send it; I am sending my husband's for sure.

If IV bill shows PAID, and you can print cover sheet, send your DS-230 packet to NVC, your good to go!!

I know!! I figured if my husband's interview can be in November then maybe we have a slight chance of being there by the start of March- its my parent's 25th wedding anni and all of us wanted to get together for it...AP is a given though for all of us with husbands from Pakistan

Just called nvc and spoke to rep who said my AOS was already accepted and that they are just needing my ds-230 to finish processing!!! Praise God for that!!!
