Yay! After 21 days of waiting- my husband's ds3032 was finally approved today!!!!

Is it okay if I send the ds230 packet before the AOS packet? I still have not received it from my joint sponsor...I think it got lost in the mail because its been a while since he said he sent it...

You can send the DS230 out along with the cover sheet but u might get an RFE because they have not receive your AOS package.

well i finally got the aos cover. and i was lookin thro the I864 and I864A forms.

In my case ive been studying all these years and neevr employed, never filed taxes. Im living with my parents. In such a case, how can i evevn fill I864? Do u have any clue? Or can i make my parents the official sponsor. Even tho I am the real petitioner.

pls lemme know if u have any idea abt this kinda situation.

Please let me know what I can tell her...

Thanks That is what I guessed but I figured since I know the reason for the RFE its okay since it won't be something wrong with my case, just documents are incomplete...

My husband is the same and not working. Still fill out i864 and your co sponsor, if they are living at the same household fill out i864a.

emailed my DS3032 on sep24, snail mail it on oct2, hopefully it will be accepted this week, it is the only one holding me, im ready to pay 400 and mail that ds230
