Hi all, just logged into the NVC site and noticed that the IV fee was available to pay. Is it ok to pay it eventhough I did not receive a bill from the NVC?

You have to wait till the 3032 is Generated (this will arrive with the e-mail for the AOS fee bill)... Once it is officially generated you can e-mail (use VJ template) it or mail a hard copy (with original signature) or both! But you should not send it BEFORE NVC is ready for it! If you gave them your e-mail addresses, you will get an e-mail.... You can however have it all ready to go using the VJ templates and printing off the fomr and having your SO sign it if you are going with a hard copy mailing....

i know i just sent the i864 package, but how do i know if it was approved or whatever? does avr tell me or is it something i see on the log in?

No, you will not get an approval, but if you have not submitted your 230 package, you might get a false RFE for them looking for it... If they need other info, they will request it from you, but if you dont hear anything, that's good....You can call and ask, but after you turn in the 230, you are just waiting for case complete anyway!!! Good luck

I am a little confused, do I need to submit the original documents with the DS-230? My husband is sending me back the completed and signed DS-230. Also, do i need to have his police reports, medical, etc. t accompany the submission? Please help.

Yes, you need to submit the original signed 230, the original (or certified copies) of the other documents including the original PCC... But the medical is done before the interview, you do not have to have that now (unless it is different for your embassy, someone can correct me on this if I am wrong)...

thanks christeen i guess we will get the false rfe. i have not sent the 230, still sitting here waiting. now if they would accept his 3032, so we can pay the iv bill, i will be MORE than happy to assist them

Ahhh! I see, well they cant RFE you for something they havent asked for !!!! Hopefully in the next day or so for your 3032!!!

Hey all, we are in october and still we are waiting on the IV package to be approved at the NVC. I am truly thankful that we have had no RFEs as of yet and the Embassy has given our K3 an interview date for November 19th. So I believe that we can change this to our CR1 when everything comes to pass.

I hope you all are doing great with me as we wait for our log-in fail lol.

Our emailed DS-3032 was accepted today: it took 16 days. Seems like such a long time to tell them essentially nothing. Anyway, now the ball is back in our court.

After the IV bill will show PAID, when u print out the receipt, it will pop up a weblink, and that weblink will be your instructions from NVC to send out the documents out... But basically, if you read the LingChe shortcut, you already know what to do, so you can take 10 minutes just to look up at the instructions before closing the envelopes only to make sure you didnt forget or missunderstand anything..
