This is becoming increasingly frustrating. I called again this week and now all of the operators are telling me that "there's no timeframe for e-mails, but it is faster than snail mail."

Really? If it's faster, why are people who sent hard copies of the DS-3032 getting their IV bills generated, while I've waited two weeks for a response?

There weren't any supervisors available, so I'm going to call back at 2 PM. One way or another, I'm not letting this go until I get some answers.

Please do keep me updated, my ds3032 still isnt accepted and its been 20 days now- super frustrating...they aren't helpful on the phone they jsut keep telling me to email it again and my husband sent it like 4 times now!

This is frustrating! My husband sent his DS3032 by snail mail 3 weeks ago today. I don't know if they've received it or not, but am afraid to have him email it now in case it just confuses them.

Also, I'm confused about the I-864. Does the NVC send that out to you, or can you download it and go ahead? I know the flow chart says they generate it as a packet - but I was able to get it from a link at the bottom of my receipt page. How do they generate it - via snail mail or at that link? I've read so many things on this forum and their site that my eyes are spinning.

hi the ds3032 looks like it is talking forever for other vj'r too ,, just call and talk to a supervisor about that also on the 864 nvc will not send you any thing all you need to do is print either from wiki here or uscisweb site all is the same as soon as your AOS fee bill says " Paid " go a head and send it with supporting documents that are mention in wiki ,, just make sure you print out your paid par code from the websight where you paid . good luck

AVR is " automatic voice respond" a system that nvc uses when you call nvc to check on your status , normally it is not effecient, but it kinda help!!

yep, and the supporting documents, ie tax transcripts etc. make sure the doc cov has the barcode. the first one they sent me didn't so i had to wait for the corrected one.

I really, really, *really* hate the NVC right now. This is ridiculous. I think I'm going to get my Senator involved.

I have the same issue and got the same response, do you think involving your Senator will do much? Which state are you from?

You have to wait till the 3032 is Generated (this will arrive with the e-mail for the AOS fee bill)... Once it is officially generated you can e-mail (use VJ template) it or mail a hard copy (with original signature) or both! But you should not send it BEFORE NVC is ready for it! If you gave them your e-mail addresses, you will get an e-mail.... You can however have it all ready to go using the VJ templates and printing off the fomr and having your SO sign it if you are going with a hard copy mailing....

My DS 3032 hasn't been accepted yet either and I sent it about 2 weeks ago. I am very hopeful that it will get accepted tomorrow, since everybody else's is taking on average about 2 weeks. But if not what can I do, just have to wait and see. By now I have learnt to wait and wait and wait.........

OK... So I called tonight to see if anything has been schedule and NO... Nothing has been scheduled I was REALLY hoping to at least get a date on the books, then my file would be sent and I could contact Naples to see if they could move the date up.... However, until they schedule something, Naples has NOOO idea we exist yet!!!

I am a little confused, do I need to submit the original documents with the DS-230? My husband is sending me back the completed and signed DS-230. Also, do i need to have his police reports, medical, etc. t accompany the submission? Please help.
