Firstly congrats to you..

I guess that you already gave them you and your spouse email address. All you can do now is wait for them to generate and send the DS3032. By now you should have all your docs in order. How things are going I at the NVC I suggest that you send in a hard copy of the DS3032 as well as emailing it.

Did you give the operator your email address. If you did they will email the beneficiary as well as the petitioner. I downloaded one from the US dept website and then follow the instruction on VJ wiki to create the barcode and had my wife sign it and mailed it back to me. Then as soon as I received the email I sent out the form via overnight mail and also email the ds3032. Hope this helps..

ok, so i have the aos package all ready to go accept for the generated paid receipt that i hope to get on monday or tuesday. i am putting everything in a folder, and need your opinion. should i put it in the side pockets with staples for each set of papers? or should i 3 hole punch them and put them in the binders?

hey guys i need your help.

so i got 2 emails from NVC today. one aos fee letter and one acl cover letter std (those were the file names of the pdf with our NVC#) both pdf files have choice of agent forms for me to fill. my hubby paid the aos fee $70 online as soon as he got the email. i printed both files. i just need to sign one choice of agent form right?

it said on the form addressed to me that "Until we receive this form from you, we cannot process your case" in bold and bigger font. so do i scan and email this after i sign it? or send it thru snail mail? :help:

i am also wondering about the change of status thing. on one of the bulleted notes it says in bold letters "If your intention is to adjust status with Citizen and Immigration Services (CIS), please notify this office before taking further action."

what does that mean? that just confused me more

For the 3032, it depends if you are going to e-mail AND hard copy... the benificerary needs to sign it and you can scan the do the template and e-mail it to the, then send the original in snail mail (fi you are doing both) some have had very good luck just e-mailing it, personally, my snail mailed one was accepted first...

Nevermind the whole folder thing... as others have said... Binder clips (I let them do their own holes)

thanks bern, and christeen. my best friend and i spent hours hole punching and organizing the 11 pounds of papers i sent with the i-130. i am more than happy to just binder clip from here on out

Yes, I was able to download the form print it and sent the AOS to NVC, I also receive the IV bill today and paid it.

dont worry , no need to send barcode with DS-3032 , only fill out that template and send , if u did so then it is fine

I have no idea, but considering that someone just received their IV bill after sending their e-mail two days after mine (September 23rd vs. September 21st), and the only difference being that they mailed a hard copy too, I'm beginning to think they're just not processing e-mail anymore, or something.

I'm going to call and speak with a supervisor today.
