NVC September - 2009 Edition

I called NVC today also because its been over 2 weeks now and they told me it doesn't matter- email or regular mail is taking about 3 weeks to process because of how busy they are...I asked her if I should resend the 3032 and she said to hang on because they probably have it but they are just really behind on processing

Tsk tsk... Omyy.. this is not GOOD... Grrrr.... that is why we haven't sent it tru MAIL coz there advice it doesn't matter..

I sent it NOW tru EMAIL again. and also I scan my CHOICE OF AGENT and I will ask my Husband to sent it tru MAIL soon to make it sure..

the QUESTION.. are they allowed my CHOICE OF AGENT tru SCAN only? or they need an ORIGINAL choice of AGENT..

my husband also called NVC yesterday regarding ours DS3032 , i sent it trough mail ( fedex express) and email on 24 September and opertor told him they did not recive anything yet not hard copy and no-email, so we have to call later for few days

really?? Ohh.. tsk tsk.. That is why I sent email again tonight my time, coz that is what the operator told me, sent it again.. Grrr.. almost 10 days already.. i am little bit worried. if there email are working..

I just want ed to know here on VJ those who sent there choice of agent tru EMAIL only.. if they approved''

IT'S OFFICIAL!!!! CASE COMPLETE!!!! Just spoke with an operator which gave me the news!!! Now I'm just waitin on the Interview!!! Now that my processing is out of the way, we can get some of ya'll moving along and get your cases completed too!!!!

Sigh. I'm beginning to think I should mail the paper DS-3032. It's been 10 full days now, and I'm just getting tired of waiting for something to happen. I seriously don't understand why this form is even necessary. It's just to establish who they should send further forms to--something that is EASILY communicable over the phone in around 2 seconds.

dont be worried they take 15 days to accept that , that is normal now a days so wait a little more , even mine was accepted after fifteen days

for all of you who are waiting for ds3032 to be accepted i storongly advice and suggest to get all your paper works together ready to be mailed ( not even to fill out ) ,, PCC and AOS doc , from sponsor and co sponsor ,, please really i think it will put us behind beside nvc getting behind b/c of their load but at least if you get your papers ready now you will really thank me latter !! get it together i learn this a hard way lol

Think of it like this, when USCIS is busting out approvals left and right, NVC in turn slows down because of all the new files and one would think that they're trying to juggle everyone equally. You'll be okay, you've made it this far.

Firstly congrats to you..

I guess that you already gave them you and your spouse email address. All you can do now is wait for them to generate and send the DS3032. By now you should have all your docs in order. How things are going I at the NVC I suggest that you send in a hard copy of the DS3032 as well as emailing it.

Yes 7 days only... Oh well... I wish we will approve ASAP. My papers are all READY.. 400$$$$ is ready LOL..
