NVC September - 2009 Edition

ds 3032= over 2 weeks now.... still getting the reply that it takes a long time for them to be processed- does anyone have the same submission date as me?

September 15th via email???

NO!! mine only took four days ( not including the weekend) so i am not gonna say 15 days ,,,, i guess they are getting slow

i sent my DS3032 at the same date 24 September via mail and e-mail i valled NVC today but operator told me they did not recive my DS3032 , too slowly

i am so tired of this process

Ohh... sounds that the NVC are very slow now.. I call the NVC yesterday they said.. We receive ur choice of agent.. SEPTEMBER 18.. I am wondering if they already receive, why I have no Ds230? i am almost 10 working days now..

Have you payed your IV bill yet online? Once you pay the bill, after it shows paid, you will get instructions to download the form and the cover sheet on the website (www.immigrantvisas.state.gov) Or you can just go to the shortcuts here and download the form and have the person that you are petitioning for fill it out.

NO we haven't pay an IV bill yet.. coz they didn't give us instruction to PAY.. do we need to WAIT 1st our ds3032 to be accepted from the NVC before they give us an instruction to pay 400$ right?? or we can PAY NOW??

Hun, log into the payment site and see if the IV bill is available for payment - that is how I found out my DS3032 had been accepted.

i just got the aos and ds3032 emails. can i email it from my address, or does the husband have to do it from his? it would be awesome if i can do it, because he is away at his parents house for the festival.

It has to come from his email - so if you have access to it, just do that.

I put both our emails as one email so it didn't matter.

Hello:

Quick question, the IV bill shows paid now! However the document cover sheet is not displaying correctly. The bardcode at the bottom of the page is half cut off and even the cover sheet is missing words as in instead of displaying, "Failure to return this cover sheet with the documents...." it displays, "Failur to return this cover sheet with the docu delay in processing".

Should I send it in "as is"? I tried accessing from different browsers and even saved and tried to open with different PDF programs but it doesnt display properly.

Any suggestions?

HMMMM strange... Have you tried to save it, then go to print preview and reduce the size to like 75% ??? Just a suggestion.... Or without saving it, when you click on print this page, try to see if you can reduce it?

I tried it....still displays the same. I dont even know how to explain to NVC call agent

Can you change any settings on your computer??? Otherwise, I might suggest printing what you have, and creating a barcode (there are instructions on VJ) and taping that to the top of the page???

I called NVC and was told that it could be a problem with their website and that I should check again tomorrow and it its still same, I should call NVC again.

i got same problem here but with the AOS cover sheet ,some words missing some scrambled and there is no bar code.but i do have a clear cover sheet from a previous rejected payment and i dont know if i can use that one.i think it is different from the accepted payment one.please let me know what happens with you.keep us posted and updated.

Just curious if you got the printing thing sorted out today??? There was someone else on another thread saying they were having the same issue so I thought I would check in to see if you got is solved???
