debesta well the bank paid your charges basically now you can pay the bank the nsf fee i think it is $25 and plus what ever charges incountered like the nvc $70 take care of that and you are off a head on the nvc journey ,,,no problemos with the bank as long us you pay your fees immededetly if you live it they will keep on charging you more fees so deposit cash asap ,,, as far us nvc i think if get the cover sheet you pass the test that has to do with AOS fee bill so go a head and send your AOS.

lol that is exactly what i was gonna ask you before you post this link ,,, to bad they did not teach me how to do this in college ,,, this is what happens when i hit reply this was example is this right? i think it is i just checked it lol any ways as far us my AOS it shows by the post office was delivered how long will it take for them to get in in nvc system, i called nvc today they showed nothing in the system ,,, i am waiting for hubby to send the ds230 he still has not gotten his ppc , he got every thing else ready to go ,,, they take for ever to give the pcc to him it is so upsetting !!!

Yup, you got the hang of it now!!! AS far as the AOS, no need to rush them as they cannot complete the case without the 230 package!!! Hope he can get his stuff together soon!!!

Hi christeen i did not mean to rush them but that does not mean i don't want them to take care of the AOS since it has been sent and i paid extra fees for them to get it fast , now they are saying it is taking them four weeks that is not fair at all !!!!!!!! regardless my husband send the ds230 or not they can still process the AOS with out DS 230 right ? it may not complete the case but it is a victory that AOS is complete!!!!

Yes, they can definetly process it, and it does not take 4 weeks, that is the script that they read... It has been taking about 2 weeks based on my own and others expierences..... Once it is finished, they hold it until the 230 is received and processed along with all the doucments... Best of luck

i think i made the right decision yesterday of delay sending the AOS package.I checked the website today and it says that AOS not paid, rejected.I dont know what i am supposed to do now. Guys anybody knows something.like how i can resubmit the payment.i got the cover sheet printed out but i dont know if they will accept it as it shows not paid and rejected on the website.please help.

i guess i figured it out.

i logged back in to the website i clicked the box next to the $70 and i hit continue .I did the same exact thing as the first time i paid the fee.now it is in process.once its paid i think i can use the same cover sheet that i already printed out.please correct me if i am wrong.

Yes, since you printed the cover sheet when you had a "paid" showing, that is all you need. You do not need to send in the receipt. You can probably send it in now because you have that cover sheet (which is what they look for) and the delay in processing and receiving the paperwork is a few days (even if you overnight it) so by the time it gets to their system, the system will show paid... I would send it, there might be others who would advocate waiting??? But I am a bit impatient... I am glad however that it is getting sorted out....

Bah i think i overreacted.. they are just saying below on the doc that they want my DS230 and the IV package. Well tough luck NVC lol! I sent that yesterday so they should already recieve that in today.

Do we need to send petitioners divorce papers again?

What about custody papers and letter for my kids? Does that need to go again?

Have everything together but kinda freaking out now, scared I'll forget something.

I filed the 864EZ so I am assuming this is page 7 but there is nothing that says this page needs to be included and there is also nothing you do on this page either. WTH? Is this a false RFE?

Huh? A checklist?

Wait... when people are sending in these forms, are they sending in the ENTIRE PDF, instructions and all? Or just the parts that can be filled?

Its part of the form, all the pages , even though there is nothing printed saying to submit this page, there is also nothing printed telling you to omit this page. In this process you submit all pages of a form, even its blank or #######.

Just wanted to chime in here that we're still waiting on our emailed ds3032 to be accepted.

It doesn't matter too much since we are waiting on our joint sponsor in order to send in the AOS. Everyone in the states should count themselves very lucky on the sponsorship portion of all this. Finding a joint sponsor has proved WAY more difficult than I ever imagined!

Rayder,, wow i know how much you are gonna be furstrated about being asked if the wedding was real? especially you currently have to deal with ds 3032 wait , plus this drama with co sponsor i am really having empathy for you ,,, it will be okay before you know it just like i did you will be over this cosponsor deal ,, yes in deed i was so happy to get the AOs done,, hopefully they will approve it ASAP !! i am praying

good luck to you with every thing ohhh,, about the ds 3032 what is talking so long ? have you talked to talk to the supervisor ,,,tell them to check again or ask what is going on ? mine only took three days ( not including week end ) i know all cases are arriving in a different time but this seems too long for you not to get it accepted so refer to a supervisor when you call next !! best wishes

The frustration level is probably as high as it will get...the ds 3032 is just annoying now...I have been checking in with NVC but they are just saying wait and it will be accepted- that it might be in the building or not but they have not gotten to it yet. sorry this happened, how long has it been since you send it ? your time line could not open some reason, ? did you talk to a supervisor why not? i also remeber one more thing , i remeber when i sent mine i talked to nvc operator one of the operator said to me that to sign and scan the form rather than doing the written email, did you say your husband email them stating you are the choice of agent or scanned the doc? i don't know how mine was accepted in only three days , if the reason was because we send in an original doc back to them after signing and scanning or what? call nvc again any ways if they don't have it by thursday i suggest you scan if you did not before!

I sent pages 12-19 with the AOS package, not the instructions and mine was accepted. I think you might have a false RFE for the 230 package. My AVR recording says they reviewed my package and found doucments missing (the entire 230) and that they sent a checklist with the missing forms... But they have the package, I am just waiting for them to review it and complete the case....

Firstly, thank you. It took me 28 days to get thru NVC, case completed Sept 18th. As for the interview, well Paris is a busy embassy also, but not as bad as Montreal or Cairo. NVC scheduled my CR1 interview with embassy.

The bardcode at the bottom of the page is half cut off and even the cover sheet is missing words as in instead of displaying, "Failure to return this cover sheet with the documents...." it displays, "Failur to return this cover sheet with the docu delay in processing".

Should I send it in "as is"? I tried accessing from different browsers and even saved and tried to open with different PDF programs but it doesnt display properly.

Any suggestions?

HMMMM strange... Have you tried to save it, then go to print preview and reduce the size to like 75% ??? Just a suggestion.... Or without saving it, when you click on print this page, try to see if you can reduce it?
