Me too!!! I called today as I got the false RFE that they are waiting for the entire 230 package! But they told me they have it and I am just waiting for them to complete the review of the documents!!! Frustrating!!! Also, they sent the RFE for financial documents since we are qualifying with our savings (whihc are in Italy at the moment) and my husbands income (which he is working for the same company he will be working for in Denmark here in America) But they said they cannot veriry them and they will be verified at the Consulate!!! But it will not hold up the NVC process, just more ####### to bring to the Consulate!!! AAUUUGGHH!!! Just complete the case already!!!

I hope I wont get RFE, my sponsor is capable to sponsor other 10 people after me....

I just phoned them and got the recording, "If your case number starts with...." and none of them were mine (LND). It said to press 5 to speak to an operator, but I hung up as I'm at work and don't want anyone listening to my call. Does anyone have a clue about what this might mean?

Did you select the right option? Are you using your NOA receipt number or your NVC number? I believe they are different options on the AVR system.

My husband paid IV fee on Friday night and up until now it was displayed as "IN PROCESS" and now all of a sudden the status changed to Not Paid. Did this happen with anyone else?

We did recieve an email from NVC today asking us to pay the $400 fee. However the link on the fee collection website was active since Sept 23. Does NVC not accept payment UNTIL they send out an email?

Yes, it happens sometimes... You just have to keep checking... also see if the $400 was taken from your bank... Eventually it will sort out... But it sucks waiting for it!!!

Money was taken from the account this morning but NVC still shows as "NOT PAID". Should I wait for another day until payment is processed for the status to change on NVC page? I called NVC and they dont know why it changed from "In Process" to "Not Paid".

I am doing electronic processing so I scanned and sent them a PDF via email. Are you still waiting for them to accept DS3032?

Thanks redmen99. I tried it again and chose the correct option this time. Unfortunately they are just saying that they received my AOS payment and should hear from them in the next few weeks. What I was trying to find out is if they have received my husband's DS-3032 yet. I'm sure the "how-to" for that is somewhere in the forum.

I know it can be annoying but dont worry, give it a day or two and then call NVC again. Everyone seems to have their own share of problems with them. They sent me IV bill twice and the payment status changed to Not Paid even though we paid. This visa process definitely tests your patience. I finished my Canadian PR process in March and started US immigration in June....both seem to be the same so far!

it takes almost 2 weeks for DS-3032 to be accepted , mine was accepted right after fifteen days so guys have patience best of luck

Easier said then done!

Sometimes it helps to step away from all things immigration for a day or two. I did it recently (didn't call for status, didn't even come to VJ and read the boards) and it really helped calm me down a bit. honest it did!

Are youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu fooooooooooookin serious?????? I got an email about 10 to 15 min ago like a RFE saying I need to include a checklist regarding my AOS package... I filed the 864EZ so I am assuming this is page 7 but there is nothing that says this page needs to be included and there is also nothing you do on this page either. WTH? Is this a false RFE?

debesta well the bank paid your charges basically now you can pay the bank the nsf fee i think it is $25 and plus what ever charges incountered like the nvc $70 take care of that and you are off a head on the nvc journey ,,,no problemos with the bank as long us you pay your fees immededetly if you live it they will keep on charging you more fees so deposit cash asap ,,, as far us nvc i think if get the cover sheet you pass the test that has to do with AOS fee bill so go a head and send your AOS.

lol that is exactly what i was gonna ask you before you post this link ,,, to bad they did not teach me how to do this in college ,,, this is what happens when i hit reply this was example is this right? i think it is i just checked it lol any ways as far us my AOS it shows by the post office was delivered how long will it take for them to get in in nvc system, i called nvc today they showed nothing in the system ,,, i am waiting for hubby to send the ds230 he still has not gotten his ppc , he got every thing else ready to go ,,, they take for ever to give the pcc to him it is so upsetting !!!

Hi christeen i did not mean to rush them but that does not mean i don't want them to take care of the AOS since it has been sent and i paid extra fees for them to get it fast , now they are saying it is taking them four weeks that is not fair at all !!!!!!!! regardless my husband send the ds230 or not they can still process the AOS with out DS 230 right ? it may not complete the case but it is a victory that AOS is complete!!!!

Yes, they can definetly process it, and it does not take 4 weeks, that is the script that they read... It has been taking about 2 weeks based on my own and others expierences..... Once it is finished, they hold it until the 230 is received and processed along with all the doucments... Best of luck

i think i made the right decision yesterday of delay sending the AOS package.I checked the website today and it says that AOS not paid, rejected.I dont know what i am supposed to do now. Guys anybody knows something.like how i can resubmit the payment.i got the cover sheet printed out but i dont know if they will accept it as it shows not paid and rejected on the website.please help.

I would call a supervisor and see if they can re-set the system so you can re-pay the fee. Does it show that the fee is available for payment (on one of the buttons below). I am assuming now that the funds are there for the payment to clear.

i guess i figured it out.

i logged back in to the website i clicked the box next to the $70 and i hit continue .I did the same exact thing as the first time i paid the fee.now it is in process.once its paid i think i can use the same cover sheet that i already printed out.please correct me if i am wrong.
