Rayder,, wow i know how much you are gonna be furstrated about being asked if the wedding was real? especially you currently have to deal with ds 3032 wait , plus this drama with co sponsor i am really having empathy for you ,,, it will be okay before you know it just like i did you will be over this cosponsor deal ,, yes in deed i was so happy to get the AOs done,, hopefully they will approve it ASAP !! i am praying

good luck to you with every thing ohhh,, about the ds 3032 what is talking so long ? have you talked to talk to the supervisor ,,,tell them to check again or ask what is going on ? mine only took three days ( not including week end ) i know all cases are arriving in a different time but this seems too long for you not to get it accepted so refer to a supervisor when you call next !! best wishes

Question for NVC package FROM BENEFICIARY (DS-3032 and components for DS-230 IV Package)

For a friend of mine (She is doing NVC in sept) -

Per LingChe NVC ShortCut Guide for NVC - the beneficary has to sent NVC the divorce decree.

She is divorced and now remarried.

Does her husband has to send her divorce decree with the DS230 package (with all the documents as per guide)?

Only the beneficiary has to send in the divorce decree with the DS230. I (the petitioner) am also divorced and I didn't send in my divorce decree. My wife was also previously married only sent in her divorce decree to NVC

hello.. really? i ask you now because my husband is the petitionary and a person in NVC when he called them said him that he need to send the divorce decree again.. so your ds 230 was good? or you are waiting answer still?:: because if that is in that way so we will save that too.

Hello.. When did u sent your wife choice of agent?? I am okey to have a advance medical next week. october 05..

I can't cancel that anymore coz i have already my ticket.. Grrrr.. hope everything went well.. I call the NVC yesterday night they said they accept sept 18. and i said when i get my ds230 so that we can pay the 400$ and she said, u just wait... wait until??? Grrrr.. I want to sent my ds230 soon.. LOL.. excited huh?

We emailed in the DS-3032 on Sept 24. I haven't called to check on it yet, but I will if it reaches about 5 business days and still no IV invoice.

Let us know how the advance medical goes. My wife would really appreciate some first-hand knowledge of the process. She and I are both a bit bewildered by the whole medical process. Have you had all your vaccines yet? My wife has been getting two about every other week and she's close to being done.

Hooray....AOS payment status shows as paid.. Already printed cover sheet and ready to mail in de morning.

My husband paid IV fee on Friday night and up until now it was displayed as "IN PROCESS" and now all of a sudden the status changed to Not Paid. Did this happen with anyone else?

We did recieve an email from NVC today asking us to pay the $400 fee. However the link on the fee collection website was active since Sept 23. Does NVC not accept payment UNTIL they send out an email?

Yes, it happens sometimes... You just have to keep checking... also see if the $400 was taken from your bank... Eventually it will sort out... But it sucks waiting for it!!!

If you are using the tax transcripts, then that is sufficient... If you are using tax returns, then you need to send copies of the W2s and 1099s

Okey, Just kepp in touch here.. I am 5 months pregnant, They will not allowed me for a vaccines, But i have already done some vaccines when i was child.. but the problem i don't have any records here.. I can't find.. now my latest vaccines that i receive is tetanus..

Hope everything went well in our papers at NVC.. i am in 7 days now waiting to accept my Ds3032.. Gods will

Thanks Christeen. We'll call the bank tonight and see what is going on. The transaction doesnt even show as "pending" when we check the bank account online.

Shiela, go have a titer test done. It checks the immunity levels in your blood. It is sufficient for a missing vaccination record.

debesta well the bank paid your charges basically now you can pay the bank the nsf fee i think it is $25 and plus what ever charges incountered like the nvc $70 take care of that and you are off a head on the nvc journey ,,,no problemos with the bank as long us you pay your fees immededetly if you live it they will keep on charging you more fees so deposit cash asap ,,, as far us nvc i think if get the cover sheet you pass the test that has to do with AOS fee bill so go a head and send your AOS.

lol that is exactly what i was gonna ask you before you post this link ,,, to bad they did not teach me how to do this in college ,,, this is what happens when i hit reply this was example is this right? i think it is i just checked it lol any ways as far us my AOS it shows by the post office was delivered how long will it take for them to get in in nvc system, i called nvc today they showed nothing in the system ,,, i am waiting for hubby to send the ds230 he still has not gotten his ppc , he got every thing else ready to go ,,, they take for ever to give the pcc to him it is so upsetting !!!
