Well, the AOS fee bill is paid (I got the hard copy today) but nothing on the DS-3032 yet. Apparently e-mail gets processed in the same timeframe that snail mail does, which works, I guess? I don't know. My wife sent the e-mail off Monday morning, so I guess they get to it when they get to it. Although, honestly, the entire system seems silly--the IV bill should just be available immediately, and they should send out the DS-230 papers to beneficiary and petitioner once it's paid. That makes so much more sense to me than requiring an additional processing step for something that has no value add whatsoever.

Agreed, and latley it has been taking 7-10 days for the DS3032 to be accepted and the IV bill generated... But keep positive and keep checking....

Hi i think you should start gathering all the doc now i fall behind because i couldn not find any one and the one i found was sooo lazyy lol any ways you need their three years tax trascript and w2 they can get that from IRS by calling 1-800-829-1040 that takes about 7-10 days by mail to get to their house , and get their employement letter , and citizenship or resident status doc ,, make a copy of every thing before sending it ... and ofcourse you would need 864 downloaded depending on what you are gonna use 864 Ez, 864 read the guidlines on wiki or nvc website good luck

:dance::jest::dancing: Hello friends. I am now a member of the NVC September group, and I got to tell you, it feels great!! Called NVC few minutes ago, they got my case today, and I was able to get my Case number from them. I feel sooooo blessed and happy. :dance::jest::dancing:

10/05/2009 - DS-3032/AOS Fee Bill Generated

10/05/2009 - Emailed DS-3032; Mailed DS-3032; Paid AOS Bill

10/09/2009 - I-864 Package Sent out

10/19/2009 - NVC Received I-864 package

Congrats!!! Seems like 2-4 weeks is a standard answer for them....I called everyday and sometimes twice (ok I lied I called twice a day :) )

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Congrats to u...well as they all say when you call. I spoke to one of them yesterday and they told me the same thing and then this afternoon I got me DS3032 and AOS bill...Took about 1 wk from when I got my case number.

Once again congrats to u and hope for a speedy NVC. :dance::dance:

NVC received and I got case number today. Took 16 calendar days from NOA2 date.

by the way as for me i sent the 864 today and it was a huge load off of me i looked at the adress like million times at the post office to make sure i spelled every thing right i even looked at my own adress zillion times lol and rushed it over night well it will get there monday first thing well the guy at the post office said it will get there tommorow but i don't know how in the world they are gonna delivery it tommorow because it is not a po box .... any ways like christeen said eyes legs fingers crossed it will be approved . also when i talked to the operator at nvc , she said it will take four to six weeks for them to review it is that relevant please??? :bonk: if it is i might as well think this is gonna be a december interview no wayyyyyyyyyyy

No, the 4-6 weeks is what is on their script to say to you.... It has been taking about 2-3 weeks total since you have already sent your 230. Dont be alarmed if you get an RFE, sometimes when you send the 230 before the 864 they get confused and send one.... Now that you have everythin in, just waitin to fail!!!!

Congratulations!! I just checked and nvc recieved my case on Sep 24 but they are closed until Monday so I cant give them my email address do you think monday will be too late and they will send all my info through snail mail??
