okay guys finally got every thing together i hope ( my fingers crossed ) for 864 to be approved am sending it right now i have attached 864 forms for me and the co sponsor , employement letter for the co sponsor and tax w2 and trascropts for 2006-2008, and citizen ship letters,aos paid cover sheet and assest provement ,, man what else i have been making copies all day it is horible and i have attached a check list is that all i needed i cannot send it with out talking to my homies so what you guys thing !! let me know i am heading to the post office to do it overnight delievery what ya'll think ???

Hi i think you should start gathering all the doc now i fall behind because i couldn not find any one and the one i found was sooo lazyy lol any ways you need their three years tax trascript and w2 they can get that from IRS by calling 1-800-829-1040 that takes about 7-10 days by mail to get to their house , and get their employement letter , and citizenship or resident status doc ,, make a copy of every thing before sending it ... and ofcourse you would need 864 downloaded depending on what you are gonna use 864 Ez, 864 read the guidlines on wiki or nvc website good luck

i think ur I864 package is complete and ready to send now , we just added one more thing and that was pay stubs for last six months, and also right the case number on the uper corner of every paper.

i did the stupid mistake ever but it was accidental.my bank has returned my $70 aos fee bill as non sufficient funds because they put a hold on my acount after i deposited 2 checks and they bounced back cause of the stupid credit card which they received a payment and a withdrawal check in the same day but i gues they applied the debit before the credit and thats what made all this big problem. oh yeah i am so mad at my self at them too.

i called nvc and she said wait till it shows rejected on the website then pay it again.

i know some member here had a problem like that ,i think it is FREDDY .if u read this ,please let me know how u end up paying.

they would always do a credit first , but in your case the account was on hold which you did not know and you should have just deposited a cash which you did not know the would put the stupid check on hold !!!! any ways the debt from the credit card is what makes the account go over if am not mistaken, i am sure nvc will reject it on the normal business day which will be monday but so your best bet is to deposit money on the account and call and see if it was rejected or check the web if it did, go a head and make another payment !! but to the most part they are picky on float checks ( flost is when an bank account is on hold ) so it will be rejected soon so that you can pay but i think if you could make a deposit today ( cash ) it will be great too !!

thank u for your response,things got complicated and there is nothing i can do but deposit cash to cover up my shceduled payments till they resolve this issue and thats what they told me.till everything gets clear .so by tuesday everything should be back to normal.

Hi all, just recieved my DS3032 and AOS fee bill. Will pay the bill right away never mind its the weekend and will also send the DS3032 vial email and snail mail.

hi guys... im really freakin out worried sick cause apparently my case hasnt gotten to NVC yet, ive been calling and calling and it just keeps sayin they have no record of my file, its been 3 months already and and ive gotten no letter from them at all. my noa2 was received on june 26th which said case will be forwarded to national visa center but havent heard from them so wat can i do?? i dont know whats going on??

Speak with a supervisor. It's been 90 days now; you are waaaay out of their timelines. Also, get in touch with either a Congressman or Senator and have them file an official inquiry. Start making copies of the NOA2 and get everything you assembled for USCIS ready--the Senator/Congressperson will likely need it.
