Ahhhhhhhhh wow! I got the IV Bill finally.. But it only shows up on the invoice and not sent by a NVC rep to my email. I heard that the NVC contracts a third party handling the bills and am worried if I pay now I might run into a problem? Anyone else think I show pay? I feel like I need a lifeline 'ask the audience' hehee. Please let me know if it is safe to pay now?

to avoid any problems WAIT TILL TOMORROW!!!! There is no difference if you wait till tomorrow when NVC will show the bill generated since payments are not processed till 1PM tomorrow anyway.... The little gray area is when you pay the night it is generated and not wait till NVC acknowledges that it was billed yet!!! It is not guaranteed you will get hung up if you pay tonight, but I would not take the risk!!!

acccckkkk I did not get this warning in time and paid already lol. But ill be sure to back brief NVC and let them know whatsup and to look for my payment from my USAA bank.

My questions is.. Do we need to wait the letter tru email from NVC--

that Petitioner receives I-864 Package or not anymore??

Or we can sent it ASAP the I-864 Package

our approval notive 09/08 case arrived at nvc 09/18... got our case number monday morning 09/21 thru phone.... still waiting for the ds3230 and AOS Bill....

we are in same situation...please send me pm if you got notice from nvc thanks

It's not guaranteed that this will cause a problem as there have been plenty of people who paid immediatly and had no problems... It's just what the supervisor told me is a possibility... I will keep my fingers crossed that everything processes OK... Keep on them, if after 3 days the website still shows in process and the $$ is gone from the bank, just ask for a supervisor.... Best of luck...

No, if you have everything together (864, cover sheet, documents etc...) print off the cover page (just click on the button at the website that says cover sheet) and put that with your package and mail it to the address on the sheet....

Its pretty much the same. The computer wont know the difference but if you are truly worried about it just send to both emails . They must have been tired of mine because I sent it from my wife's gmail, my yahoo email, my military email, and from my post office.

I sent it already on NVCInquiry@state.gov and got automated response immidately

Just want to be clear...for the DS3032 choice of agent, does it have to be e-mailed from the applicant (my husband)'s email address that i gave to NVC operator, or can I (the petitioner) send it in my e-mail, but sent as though he's the one writing it...

My hubby is so sick and he can't even get up and check his e-mail for a couple of days now, can't talk very long neither because of his sore throat, I worry about him so much, but at the same time, want to have this DS3032 form done ASAP.....

I even think about calling NVC and change his e-mail to another one which I have access to....any thoguhts any one?

And with his sickness now, I can't even have him print out and sign and send in the physical copy...sigh...I just want to be with him....

As i told you before, I did send the DS3032 thru my wife's email (the petitioner) and got it approved as well... I don't really think it matters but if he can't do it now, start doing it from your email address, send them the signed hard copy, then you let him send it too by his email....

This way you can't go wrong...

Thanks for the response. I just e-mailed it and got the auto response. I also just e-mailed it with another e-mail that's very similar to his e-mail (only the last two letters are switched), and got the auto response as well. How do I know if the DS3032 is accepted or not? Through the AVR? Because if it is accepted through e-mail, i don't want to have him waste postage and send the hard copy....

Congrats to you too... I was driving my wife in the US up the walls, because im following my own immigration process.. and she actually doesnt know anything about it, also because we have a 1 and half years baby, and shw is pregnant with another one...... But, finally (hopefully) no more papers back and forth...
