Ahhhhhhhhh wow! I got the IV Bill finally.. But it only shows up on the invoice and not sent by a NVC rep to my email. I heard that the NVC contracts a third party handling the bills and am worried if I pay now I might run into a problem? Anyone else think I show pay? I feel like I need a lifeline 'ask the audience' hehee. Please let me know if it is safe to pay now?

The NVC received my I29F/K3 and gave me my case number but stated the I-130 is not in the system yet. Is that normal?

6/14/2008 Sent to Chicago lockboxt

6/18/2008 received by USCIS

6//27/2008 NOA1

8/14/2009 upgarded the I-130 to immedi Reltive

8/25/2009 send I-129F

9/2/2009 NOA1 for I-129f received

9/10/2009 sent expedite request.

9/16/2009 first Touch since 6/27/2008

9/16 129f and I-130 Approved

9/22 Hard copies received

9/23/2009 NVC received my I29f/K3 still waiting for the I130

9/24 I29f sent to embassy

10/05 NVC case number assigned to my I-130

10/7 received DS3032 and AOS email

10/7 Sent DS-3032 by email and mail.

10/7 paid AOS

10/9/2009 AOS sent

10/9/2009 expedite request accepted, login failed, case sent to the Eabassy

11/22/2009 Interview

11/24/2009 Visa issued

11/29/2009 arrived to the US.

i still have not send in my AOS i am missing a few things from the co sponsor (ofcourse) hope it is not gonna delay me on their process for sending it late ? is it ? but it is depressing i don't feel like studing at all !!! and being in a grad school i should be on top of things ,, but i miss my husband and don't want to do the studying !! :unsure:

08/22/09 - Aos showed" paid "

08/22/09- IV bill generated ( and paid)

08/23/09- Ds 3032 accepted

08/24/09 -IV bill showed "paid"

08/25/09- Aos overnight

08/28/09- 864 got to nvc

10/01/09- hubby sent ds230

10/06/09- Rfe(grrrrr)

10/08/09 - resend -864

10/09/09- 230 got accepted

10/19/09 - LOG IN FAIL, FAIL,FAIL,FAIL,FAIL ( i did not even know what was going on !!!!!) MY BODY JUST FROZE IN FRONT OF THEPC !!!!

10/20/09- It is "official " per op "case complete" OMG !!!!

11/02/09- INTERVIEW date assigned , email received from nvc (Thankyou ! thankyou ! thankyou ! god!!!!!!! thankyou every one

in vj) (total of 35 working days in nvc)

11/04/09- package left nvc

11/16/09- Medical done and waiting for result

12/10/09- VISA APPROVED (slip given appointment for tuesday to pick up passport )

12/15/09- VISA ON HAND ( praise god )

This is normal.. The I130 takes longer to process. My k3 had already been processed by the Colombian consulate and their package 3 info packet sent before my I130 was even given an NVC number. So yeah give it maybe a week or so.

Personally I would pay it... But does anyone else know from experience?

We are patiently waiting for my choice of agent to be accepted from NVC.. we sent Sept 18, 2009..

Its September 24, 2009 now.. How long i will take.. ?? we ready to pay 400$ LOL..

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

Still no record of my case at the NVC. :angry::clock::cry:

My patience is wearing quite thin.... I'm starting to feel the need to bite someone's head off... :ranting:

I waited 14 days before receiving a case number.

Wedding: 2008-12-15 in Lahore Pakistan

NOA2 (approval) 2009-08-31 (after waiting 3 months)

NVC Case # Assigned 2009-09-14

AOS package sent: 2010-03-22(after 6 months of AOS bill paid)

Login Failure: 2010-04-05 at 10:50 pm YAY!!!!!!!!

Case Complete @NVC (per AVR): 2010-04-06 at 3:00 am

Medical in Lahore: 2010-05-05, got the reports back on 2010-05-07

Interview Day: 2010-05-20 APPROVED! NO AP! <<True Miracle>>

Received Passport with Visa Stamp: 2010-05-22

I know what you are talking about. But just have to wait and wait, at least we are in the NVC process andyou are way ahead of me. I just paid my AOS bill online and sent my DS 3032.

to avoid any problems WAIT TILL TOMORROW!!!! There is no difference if you wait till tomorrow when NVC will show the bill generated since payments are not processed till 1PM tomorrow anyway.... The little gray area is when you pay the night it is generated and not wait till NVC acknowledges that it was billed yet!!! It is not guaranteed you will get hung up if you pay tonight, but I would not take the risk!!!

ok so i finally got two emails from nvc

i'll be back with a ton of questions

gone to read

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th

that is not a problem the I 129 F gets there fast so your I130 will come get there soon too since they are forward the I129F to the embassy if you cont with the I 129F not CR1

malka thanks for the respond !! well the cosponsor got enough income for the poverty guide line the only thing looks like it is left for me is the employee letter ( which is very essential ) also i did not have the trascript for 2006 and i called this morning and the operator said it is fine if you don't have it they want the most recent well will see if i can send in this 864 mess tommorow i cannot wait to get it out of my hand !!!
