NVC September - 2009 Edition

I got that DS3032/AOS email today too! Just paid AOS fee online, but my husband is very sick and can't e-mail the DS3032 just yet. But I have the e-mail all ready to go just need him to copy and paste it once he's feeling better...

I'm thinking maybe I should just ask for his password and send it for him...but he's so sick and he has a sore throat that he doesn't even want to talk now...

but I guess since we are hoping for a later interview date---hopefully January/february, we don't have to hurry as much anyway...

The applicant has to send the ds3032 with the choise of his agent...

BTW, I sent it thru the petitioner email, and then also by regular mail.... I would say just send it and as soon as possible you make him send them the hard copy...

ok so after seeing a bunch of ppl who got their case number around the same time as mine i decided to follow mal's advice and call nvc

spoke to an operator and asked her if the DS3032 has been generated and she says it has been generated and they should be sending it off soon

by soon i hope they mean before the week ends

waa hoo i woke up to two emails from NVC with my AOS bill and my DS3032 stuff. i emailed straight back with the already completed and ready to go DS3032 and hubby is now paying the AOS bill online!

next stop CASE COMPLETE! haha. well almost.. still gotta get through hubby sending off the I864/I864A and getting approval and the DS230 stuff of course.

but feeling great about it considering everything is ready to rock!

I also received the DS – 3032 via e-mail today, I paid the AOS fee and e-mailed the DS – 3032 using my wife e-mail account.

My wife has already signed a hard copy of the DS – 3032 which we downloaded in anticipation of the NVC procedures, I will send in a hardcopy to the address provided by the NVC, just in case.

Does anybody know if I can cut off the barcode off the DS – 3032 and glue or tape it to the form I downloaded?

Noticed the same thing....

Am calling NVC at the moment regarding me DS3032 because I am seeing some of the others getting their email with it around the same time as I was approved...Hoping to get some good news..

When you call them anytime, to ask anything, the first questions you'll receive from the operator will be: CASE NUMBER, NAME AND BIRTHDATE OF PET. AND BEN., HOME ADDRESSES OF BOTH AND EMAIL OF BOTH...

You have to wait until they receive your case and assign it a number before you give the NVC your emails. My NOA2 was on 9/11 (got the hard copy on 9/18) and the NVC still has no record of my case. I call the automated line every day, sometimes twice a day for a case number so I can get started, but nothing yet.

Be patient. Your time will come!

Still waiting on my DS-3032 receipt notice, and to receive the AOS bill.

I wish they would just give me the IIN over the phone, so I could pay their stupid bill. It's been two days now that it's been generated, but I can't pay it because they won't give me the freaking information.

Isn't that absurd? I want to give them *money.* Why are they not jumping at the chance to give me a way to pay them?

Of course, if you dont have the NVC number, it will be hard even to talk to an operator... But mine NVC number was given to me by the AVR after giving him the USCIS number....
