NVC September - 2009 Edition

waa hoo i woke up to two emails from NVC with my AOS bill and my DS3032 stuff. i emailed straight back with the already completed and ready to go DS3032 and hubby is now paying the AOS bill online!

next stop CASE COMPLETE! haha. well almost.. still gotta get through hubby sending off the I864/I864A and getting approval and the DS230 stuff of course.

but feeling great about it considering everything is ready to rock!

you and i are gonna probably get there together does any one of you know that if being late on 864 cause any problem it looks like i am getting late on it ( not sending it today ) i told hubby to get the papers together for DS230 !! he is out off town !! i was not happy !!

Hey Paris! Sure, you might be able to give me some guidance.

On question 21A of the DS-230, it asks: "Persons from questions 14 and 19 will be accompanying you to the US now." Since I plan on being with her when she flies to the US, I filled in my name there. Apparently I am not supposed to do that, since that part of the form is for people who are immigrating only? (As in, if she had a spouse who was immigrating with her.) So I think I need to get her to sign another copy of the DS-230, which will be a pain, but I can get it out of the way now so by the time the IV bill is generated, I have the revised form in hand.

I filled it in because I will be accompanying my husband, but I actually live with him.

Technically if you are flying with her and numbers 14.-19 asks for people who are going to be with your spouse. By putting your name down there would that count as a RFE? I have whiteout in case it might become a problem and ill just N/A it .

i think that question is referring to ppl who will be immigrating with you

since the petitioner is a usc, he would not be immigrating

Unfortunately, since there is no clarification in the instructions, it's ambiguous.

i got my DS and aos emails few minutes ago.thanks god.

please guys correct me if i am wrong.here is what i am gonna do.

i will print out the ds form fill it out and sign it then scan it and attach it with the email but also i am gonna use the VJ attachment 3 or template.

so the body of the email will be the VJ attachment 3 adn then the original ds will be attached to it.

Does this work? please help.thank you
