why in the world we need to make copies of the doc that are original if they need it they will make copies who is getting this from where !! any vj'r got it from vj please sight it this can be misleading please!!

It is not a mistake that others are mentioning regarding sending the originals and photocopies of the originals. It's mentioned on the Dept of State's website regarding document submission. Also, check LingChe NVC guide as well

i finally got my aos fee bill and ds3032 form thru an email from NVC, but I tried listening to the AVR and its not saying that the fee had been generated, should I wait tomorrow and wait for the AVR to be updated before paying?

Photocopy Requirements

In addition to sending the original documents or certified copies of the documents to the NVC, the applicant and each accompanying family member must submit a photocopy of the original documents or certified copies of the documents

lily1, i read this message, looks like it refers to me, thanks for the reply, by the way im a guy hehehe, my wife will be the one signing and scanning the ds3032 form, so when i get the form back from her, do i email it as an attachment to nvc or I use the template sample, thank you i advance

You don't need to wait for the AVR to be updated. AVR is notoriously slow on being current. Go to https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx Enter your case number and Invoice ID number. This is the fastest way to pay your bill/

hahah sorry on the sex verification ,, any ways when she send the ds3032 all she does is print sign and scan then have her send it directly to nvc email to :NVCINQUIRY@state.gov it should be in the email you got or on nvc web site that you will avoid delays !! good luck
