got my hard copy NOA2 in the mail yesterday

Woo!

Congrats K! I just sent off my DS-3032 e-mail; they said it had been generated on their end, so I shot that sucker off ASAP.

Now I've just got to figure out what to do about this DS-230. Blech.

EDIT: And I just got the auto-response. Woo! I'll call tonight to make sure they received it and it went to the right place.

You already received your DS 3032? What's the NOA2 date on your receipt?

I'm in the same situation here - case number generated Sept. 15 and still no email from NVC. I'm hoping they get on it soon so we can get started on the NVC process in time to get an interview appointment by the end of the year.

Call and tell them it hasn't been generated yet. The computers are taking forever to generate documents.

Im sorry, I thought u had both packages ready, the I864 and the DS230... I ment the 2 different packages... sorry if i confused you... I gave all my document to my wife that is currently in the US, and she is mailing them out from there, both the DS230 and the I864, those are the 2 packets that I was talking about.....

ok i understand... i know AOS packet and DS230 must be separate..why question was just about the ds230 packet ..it the original documents should be separate from the photocopy or just in the same clip

I put the original package in the front, with the copies clipped behind it.

This is something that i was not aware, I didnt sent them copies of the original documents that i was sending... I just made copies for my record... Hope it won't translate into a process delay

OMG ,guys you are confusing each other like that.simply send originals or copies.you dont need to send both.If you do send originals and would like to have them back after case approved to the end,you write a letter that u want your originals back at the time of interview.If you send copies,then its fine but they might ask you to bring originals to the interview.

Anyway,it is better if u send originals. i hope that help.

Again the NVC site says to submit a photocopy of the entire package along with the originals.....

There is no confusion. The instructions say that a photocopy is required as well as the originals.

okay guys my Iv is genertated i just pay the fee, i figure that meant that they got the ds 3032 from my husband who he scaned and signed and email to nvc on friday, thank god another headache is off of me waiting on the co sponsor to finish her paper work i want to send the AOS tommorow but it looks impossbile these cosponsors donot care i guess it does not hurt them i guess i wait,. and wait !!!!!!!! no nvc complaint so far !!
