Did anybody of the ones's that got their NOA2 on or after sep 01received a DS3032 yet?

its been 7 days since case number assigned and nothing yet.

I've also received nothing. Got my NOA2 on Sept. 3. I know that SHEILA-TODD got their DS-3032 a few days ago and their NOA2 date was Sept. 1. If I don't get my email by tomorrow, I intend to call and verify that they have the correct email addresses.

EDIT: Case number was generated Sept. 15.

we are on the same timeline, my NOA2 on sep 1, case number was generated sep15, ans im still waiting for the DS3032 and the AOS fee, hopefully tomorrow..cant wait

I tried to get through as quickly as I could to beat the rush... We will see if it paid off. I had everything ready to go and it since neither of us were married before and he has only lived in Italy (and on the ship but that does not count) we did not have as many documents to get compared to others (I hope I got them all)... We will see! Not sure what scheduling is like for the Naples consulate???

okay guys i am super happy but i don't want to get excited too soon ,, you know how nvc is any ways my AOS showed " paid" like cresteen said i have never been happy for some one to take money out of my account this soon i paid it on thursday the 17 th . any ways when it showed paid but there was not any instruction to print the bar code what do i do ? i called nvc their line had been buzyy all day no contact

malka we got approved almost at the same time mine was on the 27's of nvc got it on the 10 of septemebr well call them ,, because i already got ds 3032 and fee bill paid ,,, god luck by the way did you get a sponsor rolling ?

by they way christeen if signing fail what is that mean how do you know the appointement day for medical and all interview date is this by email or on nvc website you gonna find out am ??? yeah on your arrival of the packages !!!

It's been close to 4 weeks now and we still have not been assigned a case number. I have been calling NVC everyday but still no luck. Any suggestions on what else we could do?

That's what's so unfair about this whole process. My NOA2 was of August 31st, anyway what can I do but wait.Frustrating!

I really don't know what to say. That's horrible of the NVC. Maybe you can call the Senator's office and try getting their help.

we have the same situation, our k1 case was approved on september 2 2009, i have called nvc everyday including just now, and nvc has not received my petition as of today, I dont know what else to do. Maybe I'll give my attorney a call to see what he can do.

When you click to select the AOS fee (the one that shows paid) there are buttons at the bottom and one says print cover sheet... You just print that off and send it with your AOS package....

so i finally found a cosponsor but this is the delemma in the 3 year tax return deal she did not file in 2006 because she was dependet ( i think on her parents ) so she did not have the tax return forms for the year 2006 ,, what should i do helppppppppppp i am sending every thing tommorow !! and i not filled out any thing yet but i looked at the 864 it is not hard it is just a single paper to fill out but needed a lot of stuff !

I t'aint quite figured that one out yet, but I figure once the case is complete, I will keep calling NVC until they tell me when they scheduled the interview for my husband (or just git sick of me and block my number)..... I know in Italy the medical is scheduled the day before the interview at the Vercelli medical center and they communicate directly with the Naples consulate.... We'll see!!! Keepin my fingers crossed fur luck!
