Now mail the DS-3032 to the NVC, its just a safety precaustion, cause sometimes the DS=3032 can go to their junk mail.

What do you think about the problem of my friend... He sent email DS3032 but it has not been generated yet? do you think it will delay the process of his case? or NVC will just ignore that email?

Did your friend have a case number on the DS-3032? If not, they will not know which case it applys to. So in term, its useless then.

Hi all, I just got my case # from the NVC AVR system. What is my next step? I have read somewhere on this site about calling the operator and updating email address for them to send the DS3032, but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

I love my dear husband like nothing else, but I'd throttle his ####### if he were here right now.

He emailed yesterday to say he FINALLY got the last of the documents we need. After a flurry of phone calls and emails, I got the attorney to review and email the DS-230, which The Hubs printed and signed.

I asked him to please send it as fast and as safely as possible, and to make sure he used some sort of method where the envelope could be tracked. Sometimes, his letters from Ireland take THREE WEEKS to get here. (I am NOT making that up! I don't know what the deal is with the mail over there, but it is super slow.)

Well, somewhere between the back door and the post office, he must have forgotten.

All those super-vital, certified documents that took months and months to get are now coming via regular mail.

Did I hear the popping of somebody's still earlier? Or was that my brain dislodging from its stem? Cause I'm seriously so nervous now that I might actually bleed from my eyeballs.

I'm sure it will be fine, but...oh man....

He should have sent it to you thru UPS... regular mail takes a month from italy, UPS i sent it out one thursday morning, and my wife received it next day afternoon....

But be patient, I rushed to send the docs to my wife, and im still waiting for my fee bills to show "PAID" and is so frustrating to have everything ready but the *!*!|!*|^?!^" cover sheets because of the *|?^!?^!*"£$ system got stuck......

My husband woulda done the same thing!!! I know it... I looked at your photo of the angel with her head slumped down and I am sure that is exactly how you feel!!! He better be kissin up to you now after that blunder... I know I'd be off the chain right about now and have to pull a Serena on his #### (with or wishout the tennis balls)!!! As you said, I am sure it will be OK, but I sympathize with your frustration.... Hopefully they are on the ball at the postal service and it gets to you sooner rather than later.... MEN Sometimes their bout as useful as a trap door on a canoe!!!!

Weary doesn't seem a strong enough word.... luckily, he's cute, and I kinda like him.

You know, I braced myself for the big separation. I was okay before the USCIS approved our I-130. I'd mentally prepared myself. But I've gone a bit nuts since then. As we get closer to the day he walks off the train, I actually get more impatient! Why is that???

Here we all are, working hard to make sure we don't lose one day together. Bet VJers know better than most just how precious a single day with a spouse actually is.

I still have I129f petition pending. Quite strange they asked for RFE; the status for I129f changed. Once I sent the RFE I130 status went from Pending to Approved . I'm thrilled. What happens to I129f petition, surely it should have been approved as well ?

Got the RFE from I130 too... i sent them what they wanted, and after 2 weeks i got both I130 and I129 apporved...

USCIS willl NOT approve your I-129F now, if they were going to it would of been approved with the I-130. Its dead , gone, and now buried with USCIS, concentrate on getting thru NVC now, the CR1 is the better visa anyways!!!

Well I'm pissed at the post office! I sent the 230 on Friday via Express mail to be Delivered on MONDAY! The postal guy highlighted the 21st and wrote Monday delivery on it. I checked the package tracking, and I'll be dammed, it says that delivery was attemoted and notice for pickup left!!! I am hoppin mad right now! How dumb can they be? Now I have to wait till Tuesday for re-delivery.... I know it seems silly compared to the issues others are facin here, but can't help but think that every day counts!!!

That sucks. I hope everything goes smoothly from this point on. We're FINALLY going to pay our IV bill on October 1st. I wonder if we'll get an RFE if we send the IV package before the AOS. Any experience with this?
